I love how my boyfriends hair and my hair turned out. It was a much needed hair cut for both of us. I also had my eyebows waxed. I was falling asleep during the hair wash and cutting of the hair, I have a 2 year old son lol. Great hair stylists, great prices, and satisfied with the work.

I happened to see this supercuts and immediately got an appointment! Staff was friendly. The shop was very clean and every precaution was taken to make the shop safe! I was very impressed. I walked out with a great cut!

I had an amazing first experience here. Angie did my hair today. She did an all over balyage and I could not of asked for anything better or someone better to do it. She is phenomenal at what she does and I will be a continuing, returning customer! I recommend this place to anybody. Everybody was super friendly, and personable. I think any of the stylists there would do an amazing job and if you want to look like a whole new person I would tell you to come here. I am so satisfied and happy with how my hair turned out!!! Always great n friendly stylists who always do a great job

Went to a high end salon and paid triple the price to walk out with my hair the exact same color it was when i had arrived (even my kids noticed the zero change). Called Supercuts at 4:00 and by 4:30 Sam was working on my hair! I cant say enough about how happy i am. Sam carefully fixed my hair to the color i was looking for in no time at all!! Love it, love her! You dont always get what you pay for...i will forever always trust this Supercuts and Sam for all my coloring needs.

I got exactly the cut I wanted at a reasonable time and price. My stylist was great I just wish I remembered her name. Im due to go back so Im glad this was a reminder LOL.

I had a full head of foil highlights done today as a part of a demonstration class. The salon was clean, friendly, and fast!! Most important, they did a wonderful job on my hair! I love it! I recommend for anybody that I know to come here and I for sure will be returning!!

Im not getting a haircut for the experience, I just want to get in and out and know what Im getting each time I go - this Supercuts delivers.Ive been to my fair share of Supercuts. The most variable aspect is the culture of the staff - this one is awesome. I usually go by myself, resulting in a consistent cut and (if I call ahead) rapid turnaround. Also very kid friendly and patient when I have brought my young son.Going on the weekend can get messy with delays.

Have been coming here for about 4 years now. They accept competitors printed coupons. Call aheads are recommended, walk ins are welcome but may have a wait. Professional place, friendly staff. Great for entire family. Kid friendly, there are books and busy toys for kids. Great atmosphere!

Unless its a weekend day you can usually walk in and not have to wait more then 20 minutes. Cuts always look good and very consistent coloring. If you want to avoid salon pricing this is the place to go.

My experience here was great! I had hair down to my shoulders and went here to get it chopped off. They did a great job, and now I dont need to clean the drain every time.

2 hours until they close and call ahead are booked through closing in other words you are taking appointments.. I can see a call ahead for 10-15 minutes even 30 minutes but not 2 hours. Will never go back especially not how you treat a customer who’s been coming for 5 years.

My son loves to go to barber shops mostly, but we decided on Supercuts last time because our 2 favorite barbers were closed and his hair was crazy long and just couldnt go another day lol! We were pleasantly surprised! Super happy with the service..and the hair cut, it was spot on! Our stylist was very patient, and very attentive to what my son wanted! 100% happy with supercuts!

Just had the tea tree treatment and its great!!!!! And also a ridiculously low great price $7!!! Kaylin was who I saw and she was very professional and personable.

The girls here cut mens hair better than most barber shops, at least when it comes to a short fade the way I like it. Service is usually quick and always friendly.

Some of their places are great and others are not. They dont seem to register in your file how they cut your hair so you have to keep telling them over and over.

I go here regularly for my haircuts (nothing fancy) and eyebrow waxings. Decided to have them color my hair for me this time... Mistake! Even though she took the time for the consultation and I felt comfortable with the choice I made, the color was NOTHING like I chose. I think if the manager... Who I never saw... Had not put her 2 cents in... It wouldve been fine. To improve the color, and also charge me an extra 20 bucks, she talked my stylist and me into putting the color on for 20 minutes, rinse, reapply, then another 20 minutes, which resulted in it being WAY to dark. She did discount me some, but I will never recommend anything other than simple cuts there again.

You dont say whether its the one at Kendig Square or not. Need to know.

Ridiculous! called ahead and was told it would be 20 min to get in. ...an hour later still sitting here! my husband and son have been coming here for years. i dont know how if this is the customer service they get. what i do know is that they will not come anymore. we will find another place. . theres plenty of them around! when i finally went to leave someone actually acknowledged me and apologized ....she asks she doesnt know the customer she was working on was going to want additional services. heres a thought. .. before you tell people about a 20 min wait... make sure youre semi accurate!

Waited for a hour and a half on walkin just for 5 other people who called ahead to be seated and cut, Id suggest calling ahead.

Swore this place off 3 years ago. Gave it an other shot. Still horrible customer service. Dont need my business.
