The barbers here are really good at what they do. I really like how the haircuts are only $10 for walk-ins. Ive went here several times for a haircut and they did a very good job each time.

Im in Lancaster for a wedding and was in desperate need of a haircut. I was a walk-in to Creative Touch on a Saturday so I had a bit wait and had time to watch the barbers and observe their work. In my 50+ years Ive never seen such attention to even the smallest details. It was like watching artisans at work. Edwin gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had, but you wont go go wrong with any barber there having watched them work. Walk in haircut $10, straight razor shave $5. What a great place.

Horrible service. You walk in no one greets you. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. When they finally do acknowledge your presence they ask if you have an appointment and then say nothing. Sat around for 15 minutes and nothing.... Empty liquor bottles scattered in the waiting area. Take your business somewhere else!

Waited over an hour for the barbers to shou up to give my son a cut after being told they were 20 mins. away and still couldnt get the cut.
