The guys at Vega are awesome ! They are always knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been bringing my car here for about 2 years now and I am always pleased with the work they do and the customer service. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I call them and they get me in as soon as possible. I highly recommend these guys. Billy is SO KIND! As a young woman who knows little about cars I am always grateful for mechanics who dont belittle me or try to take advantage of my ignorance. After a crummy experience with the new owners at my previous mechanic and a move to the AV, I didnt know where to turn. I took all the positive reviews of Vegas into consideration and gave him a call. He left my car running so smoothly I immediately dropped off my dads car. A few months later my dad was having another issue and he took the time to try to find the problem but was honest with me when he couldnt find it. Any other mechanic would have made something up then charged me for more when it turned out to not be the answer. I really appreciated that Billy didnt. He will be my go-to mechanic from now on. I do suggest giving him a call before to see if he has time. Occasionally hes asked me to give him a day or two before dropping off a car. In theory you could drop it off and know itll be a while before you hear back but I like having an appointment as well as the security of knowing my car is safe at home. Something to consider.

Wow! Totally impressive again. I found Vegas about 6 or 7 months ago and decided to go to him because I was new to AV. His reviews were so good I felt he must be extremely professional. I had to go back for a 4th time today for an entirely different problem and his service was again outstanding. I wont say how quickly I was in and out --suffice it to say he impressed me again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone...his shop is clean and very well organized, he and his crew know what they are doing and are total pros.

I had a great experience having my car serviced here. Owner was very straight forward and honest. Billy and his crew were very helpful and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. I called inquiring about their services, however, the person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I would not do business with them since the person over the phone had such a horrible first impression. I could imagine how bad the service would be once they earned my business. Unfortunately i was unable to experience what their business had to offer. Whoever is answering their phones definitely needs to be retrained, his lack of general customer service is costing them business.

Had me wait a hole two weeks just to tell me that it was at 9am in the morning an can’t come check my car for another month

I really like this shop they give you options on how they can fix your vehicle, I took my car in to them for some transmission issues . Luckily I had a warranty, they looked at my vehicle told me they could get the warranty people to pay for most of my repairs with a $100 deductible,. They had my car up & running again with in a weeks time. I feel an air of honesty & integrity when dealing with this shop. What could have cost me$2000 only costed me $100. I recommend this auto repair shop to any body thats been screwed by a dishonest shop before.

I am a mechanic myself but just dont have the tooling or time to do the work myself. These guys are honest, reasonable in price, and do the best work in the AV --and Ive personally watched them work! I simply wont go anywhere else for repairs on my vehicles.

Always honest and priced fairly. They often check something out for me and refuse to charge me. Sometimes they get pretty busy and cannot do something as quickly as I would like, but I think that is a good sign that they are in demand.

Been going to Vegas for a few years now. Always satisfied with the level of service and cost. Billy and Ruben are the real deal, and good folks.

Recently had my 2006 honda accord in their shop with a check engine light on that was examined by three other mechanics at different shops that deal with Hondas in the last two years. Billy and his team found my problem in a couple of days and even got the vehicle smogged. they were professional and went out of their way to make the customer happy. I recommend them highly and hope others will be as happy as I am.

I stumbled on to Vegas auto repair after researching dealers to replace my, timing belt,water pump,hoses and a tune up on our Acura......Dealers were at 12 to 1300$ ...best dealer price was in Valencia 1200$ ... Vegas were almost 1/2 the cost of the dealer.The owner use to work for Acura..lets keep our small businesss open here in the AV.I have sent several friends to him and they were extremely happy with their service too!!!...Im taking all of my vehicles to them....I actually should have posted this a year ago, after my first service on this vehicle...
