Mintesnot Gebru (one of the guys that inspects your car) will take your money. Apparently its no refunds at this place for the service.

That location do half *** work then tell you there nothing wrong with the vehicle before I brought my vehicle to them it ran perfect I mean like a champ.. Now they say its nothing they can do..i just took it to them because I didnt have time..never again...just be careful this is just my personal experience..

This has been my go to place for inspections for years. I wont go anywhere else.

Took my HHR there to replace an alternator. When I got the car back, the whole center console was shorted out. Not hear, A/C, radio and also one of my headlight sockets was shorted out. They claimed they couldn’t find anything wrong when I took it back.

We went there for a full service tune up in December and parked car for a month and in February car started backfiring. Was not in the area so went to see what the problem was and they stated this shop did not change wires and changed 12 of the 16 spark plugs and put the cheapest ones on. I went back to this shop for them to rectify issue and they stated to bring car back 3 different times. Finally on today dropped car off at 845a.m and went to pick back up at 320 p.m only for them to have done nothing and to say well you will have to pay for price of spark plugs and wires. So basically pay another 275 to get issue fixed. Which was already supposed to be done the first time in December and didnt try to fix what they did wrong. When I asked in the first place why didbt wires get changed he stated we usually do but it didnt need them. The wire did need it and one was broke. We have pictures. Why would you think its ok to put the cheapest spark plugs on a Benz. Basically if you want better pay more but why wouldnt you as a mechanic get the best unless customer request cheap parts.So not satisfied, will never go back and will not refer anyone. Money wasted.

I had a good experience here getting my state inspection done. I actually failed it the first time, but they turned off what was failing my inspection (my check engine light) and told me to go and drive it 30-40 miles and bring it back. I did that and the light was still off and they did not charge me again to do the inspection now that it passed. The staff felt honest and fair. The environment was a little dingy, but being local and in my community was a plus.
