Brock McGlothin took over an insurance office that had been our agent for well over thirty years. I initially called the Nationwide 800 number I received from an advertisement in the US mail. I was given the local number and reached Julie West. I was impressed with the fact that I actually talked to a real person instead of an answering machine or pressing buttons to answer menu questions. Julie and I exchanged information over the next few days and she was always very friendly and quick with responses to my inquiries. She was very easy to talk and it was a pleasure to do business with her. I look forward to a long relationship with the agency.
