Peakes has been my insurance for many years. When my two daughters began driving they had the best rate for teen drivers. So I switched to Mercury through Peakes. The same with my homeowners insurance. This agency has the friendliest people working for them. They are local so I’ve never had to travel far for help or go through a maze of numbers to reach someone. I recommend them for all your insurance needs!

Talia Delgado was a godsend. I’ve struggled with my previous insurance so many times and they just wanted me to pay reinstatement fees due to their own mistakes. A few years ago, I did some research and found this agent. Im very glad I did! They immediately saved me a significant amount on my auto and renters insurance. The customer service is unmatched; when you call, youre speaking to a living, breathing person in the home office, who will answer all your questions and are happy to help. Email responses to questions are lightning fast. If a claim is made, they follow up with you to see how things are progressing. These are people who obviously care about their reputation and providing excellent service every time. They have my business for good.

I have worked as a CSR Spv over 30 years. The most important thing I have learned in the field is simple, honest straight communication the team at Peakes Insurance were very explainitive with the questions I had made my choices for insurance very personal not just choose package a b or c and so quick to respond making it a very easy transition from my other company even gave me options for additional discounts. So I will be letting all my family and friends know about Peakes Insurance the prices alone cant be beat but its the customer service which won me over. Receptionist tries to get too much info that she cannot answer because of Licensing requirements.If a caller asks to speak with an Licensed Agent, she should transfer the call and not try to find out the nature of the call, this will then have to be repeated to the agent.
