Apparently they close at 7:30 not 8:00 because I was here at 7:30 and there was somebody hiding out in the back waiting to leave. Personally if you close at 8 your supposed to close at 8.

Do NOT purchase insurance through Freeway Insurance Services. The first time I came to Freeway Insurance Services I spoke with Estrella - who upon being told that I’d rather go somewhere else after she gave me an insane quote kept asking me “What amount of money do you have to work with right now?” persistently. Suddenly an $800 down payment on insurance became $246. These people JUST want your money. I settled with this price as it was implied I wouldn’t get a better quote anywhere else. Well, I did. So the next day, I went to cancel the insurance policy and was told I’d get my refund in the mail anywhere from a week to two weeks. After almost two weeks have past and not having received my refund, I was now told the “process” takes three to four weeks. Well it sure didn’t take the insurance company more than two days to send me bills through the mail. Bottom line: find somewhere else to purchase insurance.

Initially the price for cover was acceptable but I was not impressed with the $160 they tried to charge me for removing a sold car from my policy which was always up to date. Yeah right.

Natasha was so kind and personable. The first quote she gave me was out of my range and worked to get me the best quote. Thanks. I definitely recommend Freeway insurance

The office in Lancaster is horrible. Natasha the manager has no customer service skills bc she said she would call me back in 5 min. & she never did. Natasha also ignored 30 of my calls bc I was calling her back every min. after she didnt call me back in 10 min.. They couldnt add a new car and another person to my policy in person in Claremont. They wanted me to go to Lancaster bc Claremont couldnt access the Lancaster files and I live in Pomona. I would give Freeway insurance 0 stars but thats not an option. They are a waste of time and Im never doing business with Freeway insurance again after my policy is over.

DO NOT USE FREE WAY INSURANCE!!!!!they rip you off on your down payment. They change what you agree on. Then call and threaten you. Called the insurance company itself and found out they doubled my down payment. Then said i agreed to another payment for another $200. Please dont go though what i have had to deal with.

Just went in for a quote and actually got the help I needed which was awesome! The staff is great and they really helped me with insurance the fit MY Budget (really needed after the holidays!).

I was lied to they gave me a quote $39. Liability month .... they ended up pulling out $456.28 out of my bank account never in my life did I feel chided and lied ... me and my children came out losing... I still called the company to see if there was error in there part but they couldnt help ...worst company....
