When I moved from LA to Lancaster back in 2016, I switched to Mike’s office. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with their customer service. Nikki has been very helpful with every little annoying question or request I have called her for. My name is probably the most common name out there (Jose) and whenever I call in (maybe 3-4 times a year) she knows who I am right away. I have been with Mike Irwins office for something like 30 years. The office is easy to get a hold of, I like State Farm as a company, I think that the rates are fair. I also like the fact that I can call a human being that is local and ask questions rather than having to call a call centre that is in some other area of the US; they dont know me or my needs and wont be as responsive. If I knew someone who was looking for insurance coverage, I would suggest State Farm and Mike Irwins office.

Called for a quote & I didnt even get any type of help..just a generic expensive quote and a rush to ask me if im interested! The lady didnt even try to see about discounts or play around with the policy to fit my budget. I thought State Farm was better than that

Mikes office staff are always trying to find ways to save money and improve our coverage. Its nice to have real people to talk to who know your name when you need help with a claim or understanding the coverage you need.

Getting new insurance was Really easy with them ... Thelma was very professional and always call me back to answer my questions...

I attempted for many weeks to purchase renters insurance through Mikes office and never heard back after multiple follow-ups. I was finally told that there was no guarantee that hed call me back when I needed the quote finalized, not that day, nor the next. Its now been many weeks since Ive talked to his office and Ive still yet to receive a single call back. Thankfully, I found insurance through another source. Given Mikes overwhelming ineptitude, I will never deal with State Farm again (despite having been a customer for over a decade).

Nikki openly admitted that their discounts are misleading and designed to make you think you will save money. State Farm fluctuates your monthly bill in a hope that you dont notice it. Im cancelling their coverage today and going to Esurance which will be $50.00 a month less than Im paying now.
