Suzanne and her daughter Julie have been taking care of my family for over 3 decades now. Im in the military and had to move to the Antelope Valley. Lucky for me and my family, Suzannes office was just down the street from where we lived making things much easier for face to face questions...pre-COVID times. Fast forward to today, my family and I have since moved down to the LA basin and have continued to keep Suzanne as our agent. The professionalism and knowledge that she and her staff have were very important to us to keep as moved away. We are very grateful to have her as our agent. Communication, these days during the pandemic, really hasnt been affected. Instead of going into the office, an email or a phone call is all it takes, and is responded to in less than 24 hours. Theres also a cell phone as another means of contact the office has, but I rarely need to reach out to Suzanne and the staff via that cell phone...really, Ive need to reach them once, on the weekend, and got what I needed...thankfully. Highly recommend having Suzanne Rojan as your SF agent if youre in the area!

Called to get a quote for insurance! Susan promised she would call me back and never returned my call. I called back twice and didn’t receive an answer and it wasn’t around closing time or during closing hours! That’s bad business and I’ve been a customer with different State Farm agencies for the past 10yrs the only reason I had to switch agencies was because my agent retired. I do not recommend this office

Suzanne is great and weve been customers for YEARS and years. Would have given 5 stars, on sheer service alone, but the office hours are more of a suggestion, and its hit and miss if any one is in when dropping off our monthly payments.

Very RUDE. All I wanted is to get insurance for my new car and she literally talked to me as I was scum. I have never felt so disrespected by a states farm agent. I would never go to her again.
