Chal is not only insurance they also do DMV registration. Walked in one customer ahead of me done my business and was out of there in no time Evete was pleasant efficient and very nice . I drove along way and got quality service. Id pay extra for convenience instead of standing in a 2 hour line in whatever weather it is that day. Then wait another hour to be served. I would recommend using CHL services
