Keith thomas is a thief. He does not do yearly reviews if you dont give yearly millage reports he raises your insurance from 950 a year to over 2500 and never calls you.... better to collect commission on 2500 then 950!

Our lender advised on this and we got the coverage for our house. Unfortunately, after that policy formalized it has been impossible to get a hold of “our agent”. Called multiple times to the office, emails sent to get bundle with our car insurance and no answer is our answer.Truly disappointed, my husband and I are looking for a different insurance company or agent.Not recommended at all!
