We had a new AC system installed last week. Jason & Cody did an awesome job with installation. We had the old unit removed and the new unit was moved to a new location which tooksome extra time and work. Still the work was completed in one day. They were very professional and courteous. And I cant forget to mention our salesperson Jason. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great team work all around. I would highly recommend thiscompany to anyone needing new equipment or service.
Scott and the team at Fairfield HVAC have taken care of our house in Canal Winchester for the past couple years. Ive purchased from them a new whole home AC, ductless heat/cooling units for my second floor to augment my house (it was designed with suboptimal ductwork), and a full home dehumidifier. While not everything has gone flawlessly, Scott and the leadership at Fairfield have gone out of their way to address any issues that have come up and have always been fair on pricing. The service Ive received has also been very good overall. Id recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
Scott and team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with hot spots in my house this summer and Scott discussed several tiered options to address and recommended we start with the simpler solution—a thermostat system with sensors, which his team installed. Fairfield was also accommodating when we needed to make an adjustment to the approach along the way. Problem solved for now. Will be back if I need anything further.

Arrived home in the evening on a Thursday and noticed my AC wasnt working. Thankfully I had Gretchen, the office managers email already. Sent her an email asking if they would be able to send someone out tomorrow, she responded within 15 minutes and said she would look at the schedule in the morning and do the best she can. She followed through as promised and they were able to send Ross a service technician out that Friday afternoon. Ross called me to let me know he was on his way, and then once he diagnosed the problem he called to inform me and let me know how much it would cost, which was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Fairfield Heating & Cooling!

We had them install a new system and everything worked great! There was an issue with the exterior heat pump mount that was installed by a previous contractor and Fairfield Heating and cooling went above and beyond to fix the problem for us. They really helped with our monthly savings in our heating and cooling costs.
Furnace was off when I woke up. Called these guys and they came out a few hours later and was able to replace my furnace motor on the spot. Appreciate the great service and price. Will use again.

Horrible company to do business with. Dont waste your time. We had them install a BRAND NEW AC unit and furnace in our house 4 years ago and ha e nothing but issues since having it installed. We have had to have them come out every single summer to put more coolant in because they said it was losing coolantbut never bothered to try to find the supposed leak and charged us every time they came out. After finally having a competent technician from their company come out this year he tells us that there were bad parts from the factory and it was a known issue with those particular units. He also informed us that we were in fact not losing coolant and it was just the system reading false numbers because we have a closed system which has no way to lose anything. We then called the office to have the parts replaced under the warranty only to be cussed out by the MANAGER and he told us he would not business with us anymore because we were difficult customers. Never in my life haveI been treated this badly by a company whom I have paid thousands of dollars to do work and then even had to pay another company to come fix it properly because of their incompetence.
Was having issues with my furnace in which I was told I should replace it. Called Fairfield Heating and Cooling and thankfully I did. They were able to repair my furnace and get me heat without costing me thousands! Thank you guys!!!

Always professional, from the person answering the phone to the technicians in our home. We were without heat when I put in my service request online on Sunday. By the time I called Monday, we were scheduled and the tech was on his way. They went above and got us up and running in two days with a major component repair. Highly recommend.

This company hooked up 4 mini split units at my home, way out in New Lexington! Dustin was the lead tech. If you get Dustin on site, you won’t be disappointed. He’s a professional, hardworking craftsman that takes pride in his work. Very much pleased with their service, and would recommend them to get you situated.
Fairfield Heating and Cooling: Had a service call to my house on a Tues because the air was not cooling the house. The technician said the filter on the furnace needed changed and stated because that because the air was running the AC was frozen and he could not work on the unit. He said they would have to come back. OK, I paid the $96 service charge. I called to schedule another appointment. A different tech came out to the house on the next Friday and ran diagnostics on the AC. He said it was really ok but we had other serious problems. The main ductwork had become separated and he would write this up so the office would be calling me to set up an appointment. By the next Tuesday they had not called. I called into the office and was told that the service coordinator was in a meeting but I could leave a message. I left a message to call me explaining the situation. It’s Friday and I never received a call. I called Canal Winchester H&C
Whenever I have had problems with my geothermal unit, they have been able to fix it quickly!
Never had to pay up front or verify service plan after hours. As a result, went with no heat and had early in the morning called another company to resolve issue. When we called, the company had nothing but excuses and refused to make things right because we called in another company so we would not freeze. We should not have to pay for a service call when we have an agreement.
My A/C went out on a Sunday, they have an emergency service and the gentleman came out fixed it, no hassle just good quality workmanship.
Very fast and professional service. I called at 10:30 am and had a technician here at 12:45. Jordan was great! He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Hes very knowledgeable and friendly and had our heat pump back up and running in no time at all!

Nice and friendly people but I did have an issue with them. I requested a quote on an old A/C unit that wasnt working. As I did with at least a half a dozen other companies I requested a quote for replacement vs repair. They sent out their sales rep and he did a great job communicating. Told me I needed another board and capacitor and also mentioned that the furnace was in bad shape too. So he promised to work me up a quote. Apparently, they then sent in a service tech for a diagnostic analysis? He FIXED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING/DID NOTHING and said I needed a board and capacitor. To this day I have no idea why he even went there. None of the other companies charged me for their quote/diagnostic analysis. The sales rep quote was in line with the others but I chose another company over $96. Cheap lesson. I did end up just replacing the entire A/C and Furnace.

Have water in the bottom of my furnace infinity3 ton they refuse to correct the problem and installed the way it should have been 2 years

I cant say enough nice things about them. I originally contacted to get a through-the-wall unit installed. After talking with the sales rep I quickly realized for the price I could get a much better system installed (finished attic) and ended up purchasing a ductless 2-piece system. Through the whole experience (talking with sales rep, getting the unit installed, getting a follow up visit to service my existing unit) I have been very pleased. I would give them a 10/10 for customer service, speed of service, timely responses, and overall satisfaction. For the installation I was able to get it installed within a week of contacting them. For the service I was able to schedule it the NEXT DAY. All of this in the middle of peak summer season where temps are 90+ degrees --- BRAVO!!
Customer service was horrible I paid almost 400 get furnace fix I didn’t fuss but when I tried to use my home warranty guy calls me instead of the warranty place to tell me that it’s not his job to chase down people or call people. Outside that the tech was very nice good work was done. But as far helping customers on business side of things ruined my whole experience

These folks are splendid. They did a fine job on our own furnace and a/c, presenting us with an accurate estimate before any work was done and finishing the work quickly and well. Moreover, Mr. Mike Waits, one of the officers of Fairfield H and C, gave me invaluable advice that enabled me to make a minor repair on some equipment for a financially-stretched friend who lives in western Ohio. Excellent company to deal with. Had these folks install a new infinity system with 2 stage gas furnace, 5 stage a/c and infinity thermostat. Affordable pricing and install was completed in two days.
