10 STARS PENNIES AIR!!!. My air conditioner broke down in the summer when it was 110 degrees out. Inside temperature was 96. After getting multiple astronomical quotes on replacement units, I called Pennies air. Beginning to end they were nothing shy of AMAZING. The customer service rep promptly dispatched the technicians. The manager Johnny came and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. He offered a replacement unit at a great price. Installers came on time and were very professional and courteous. They had my ac unit up and running in no time. Many, many thanks to Pennies air for a job well done and an overall great experience. You have a customer for life😊.Respectfully

UPDATE:The owner called me and he is very professional. He explained the cost for the service which is reasonable. He also apologized for his employees not leaving me an invoice and explaining the work being done. One thing I appreciate is the professionalism, and the owner is extremely professional.First review:They charged me $100 to use some connectors to connect the voltage wires that my dog ripped. They just came and started working on it without any estimate or explanation of the service. Then I was forced to pay for a 5 minute work that only required some pliers and tape. Plus, I did not get an invoice or receipt explaining what I was paying for. Very unprofessional. I do give them some stars due to their quick response.

Speedy response to a distress call, with an in-person appearance by covid respectful, mask wearing, super proficient Ivy. Off brand furnace (original one with the house) had a cracked exchanger. Installation of new, 96% efficient furnace completed within 24 hours by Ivy and crew. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend these folks to everyone.

Had my A/C stop working overnight, when the next day it was supposed to be 104°. Naturally I was worried. I left a message before their business hours, they contacted me shortly after they opened. Quoted me a reasonable window for service with the commitment that they would get to my house sooner if possible. They followed up and were able to arrive two hours early before things really got hot. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly (after making a quick joke about how I needed a whole new compressor, which I actually appreciated as it had been a stressful morning). Quoted me an out the door price. Quickly made the repair, checked to make sure everything was working fine and then was gone. The tech did point out a few things that may require maintenance or replacement down the line, but made no hard sell to do unnecessary work. Which was also appreciated. I would gladly use this company again.

My house AC was broken and I request for a quote via Yelp and they responded within 1 hour and have someone sent out for an estimate the next day. Price was reasonable and they explained all my options and advised the best one. Then they have someone sent out to make the repair. The whole process took only 3 days and they are very professional. Came back from vacation to find the AC was out! Called at 10 am and their tech Issac was here by 11 am. Looked over my system and quickly found it was just a tripped circuit. Made it all the way to September until our A/C finally took a retirement leave. Really Thought we could squeak out another year before we had to replace this old thing. Had a tech come out, told us it was the compressor and had great options on new systems. We went with a high 18 seer Goodman. Installers were great, used drop cloths the whole 9 yards. Unit was super impressive, its bigger than I would have expected but it is very nice on the eyes. The unit on the inside actually looks like it has a computer in it LIKE REAL fancy. I hope they actually do something! Thanks guys, will recommend.

Summer heat in Palm Dale is no joke! I learned this back in August when I visited my best friend on what turned out to be one of the hottest weeks of the summer and of course her A/C just stopped working. We were so miserable and my best friend had to go to work so I was left with the task of hiring a company to come out and fix the problem. Because I am not from the area I didn’t know who to call so I just google search A/c repair. I called several companies and Pennies was able to come out same day and for a competitive price. When they got to the house they quickly determined the problem and got to work. They were polite and professional and able to fix the A/C within a few hours as they had everything they needed in stock. When my best friend came home from work the house was cool and comfortable.
