Today i saw Kristin for a facial. What a fabulous experience! The products she used were terrific and her technique was excellent! Ive had many facials and she is definitely the best. Her massage was so wonderful I almost fell asleep! i will definitely be returning. I also saw Candy for eyebrow tinting and she was great too! It was my first time and she not only put me at ease, she did a great job! Will certainly be seeing both of these ladies again very soon!

Candace is an earth angel! She henna’s my brows to perfection every time and I’m one picky girl. Her Grace dealing with my pickiness is so appreciated and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love ya Candace!!

This was the best experience that Ive had in Cleveland for waxing. I got my eyebrows waxed, and I have very sensitive skin. However, she was gentle and made the experience painless. I didnt get the usual redness that I suffer from at Wax places. Professional, calm and pristine environment as well! She follows all COVID protocols on top of amazing service.

I moved from California and found this little gem ! Owner is amazing and professional, she made me feel beautiful. I will definitely be going back! Its hard to find a good eyebrow person and she is it ! I highly recommend you book ahead of time ! Because she gets booked up pretty fast, I wont let anyone else touch my eyebrows!

Edika is such a gem! She always does a killer job on my brows, and she is just such a genuinely friendly person. The place is clean with hand sanitizer on the way in, she wore her mask the whole time, and other folks in the shop kept their distance.

Great environment, clean, Edika is super friendly, professional and takes her time. I went in for threading and was extremely happy with the end result. She took her time, made sure she tried to get every stray hair possible, and was soft in the process.

Owner Edika is extremely friendly and welcoming. I have sensitive skin and had issues with sugaring and waxing in the past, but I havent experienced any of that after threading! Her lakewood shop is very cute with a modern, bright vibe.

This place is literally NEVER open, even when Google says they are. Ive tried to come here 4 times now, during regular business hours, and no one is ever there. They dont have store hours posted anywhere in the store front. 🤷🤷
