Today I went in looking for a harness and leash for my dog that I just moved here all the way from South Florida. I recently lost my mother and bringing the dogs here already stressful was also emotional. Gabby made my experience so easy and enjoyable. She was very informative, and also was very helpful and understood my concerns and made sure to go above and beyond to help. I live 30 minutes away from the store and I will never go to another store.Gabby by her self is worth the drive, it’s hard to find genuine customer service anymore these days.

Prices are fine, service is fine. Its fine. I dont like being asked to donate on behalf of a billion dollar company, but theyre not unique there.

Again I had a great time at this place I had to return something and they took it the return even though cuz my cat didnt like it. It was already opened treats for the cat my cat would not eat them they had no problem with the return. And then they help me find some stuff to my cat may like for a urinary tract infection. Theyre really great and helpful. I give super props to them

Went there for terrarium supplies for amphibians. The store was extremely low on any and all supplies even for fish. Good customer service and friendly employees but overall very under stocks on most supplies including just basics

Nice store. Friendly staff. The manager Holly is extremely nice and goes way out of her way to be helpful. I do comparison shop between them and other pet stores. They are sometimes more expensive than other pet supply sources.

Great supplies but feels empty, probably due to COVID-19. Not a good selection of small animals and birds, felt sorry for the parakeets, there were only 2 and they looked ruffled. I get my cats food here, 8n and out, love seeing happy dogs shopping with their owners.

Dan is an excellent instructor. Our Bellas responsiveness to us has changed drastically due to this training course, and we are very pleased.

This particular store has most items in stock and a very friendly staff that is most willing to help you find exactly what it is you are looking for and more. I guarantee you will go in for one item and leave with the store.

I was so incredibly saddened to see the state of the aquatics dept. Many dead fish and frogs. The frogs that were struggling to stay alive were being eaten by fish. No one was there to offer help. Wont be back 😣

I go here for fish supplies,its close and the first place I check for what I need. Problem is they are out alot. Tried to buy fish several times and every time they have to go back due to disease. If you buy fish from here make sure to have a qt tank to put them in or risk infection. Also they never once have had any good meds for those sickness that you bring home in stock,never once! But if you need a tank or tubing on the fly..boom.

One of the girls help me with the dog tag machine and she was very nice!

They need to hire more staff. Selection is typical, in stock never an issue, service availability is just abysmal. Always a ridiculous long line and wait and a lackadaisical attitude towards getting customers through quickly. Not ever given so much as an apology for the wait. Oh well, its in the Belmar area, service sucks, but it will obviously survive...

Unfortunately my cat has gotten to the age where I can’t send her to the store alone to the store to run errands anymore. Due to her declining mental health, I’m taking care of her very extensively. This store allows me to do that better.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had with a vet. Went to them because they said the first visit was free but it needed a coupon that you print off which I had but was uninformed by the website that you had to bring it in. They made my cat and I sit outside for 20 minutes before someone ever helped me it was a joke never again!

I go here for training with my American Pitbull Terrier. Raechel has been an amazing trainer. Even though it is in a group class setting, she’s always willing to stay a little late and help one on one to answer questions if needed. My 11 month old rescue APBT went from pulling during walks, not responding to her name, and not knowing commands to being a well behaved dog. And this was only within the beginner class! I’m VERY impressed with the quality of these classes especially considering it’s only $129 for a six week course. I’ll definitely be back for the intermediate and advanced classes as well.

Large store with exceptional qualities range from value to top of the line great customer service where few issues with Miss labeled hamsters as far as type of hamster but overall good experience.

Friendly enough employees and a decent selection. I usually go to a great small family owned pet store so its hard to compare it to a big impresonal box store like this, bit it still was friendly enough and had a fun selection of pet stuffs.

This location does not look after the fish here properly at all. Its sad and angers me quite a lot. I have however noticed they treat the South American Cichlids the worse. The Electric Blue Acara Cichlids had Ick the last time I was here, which is a disease fish get when the living conditions they are in arent taken care of properly. Leaving them covered in a white slime looking substance and it makes the fish so sickly looking, they loose theyre color and look so terrible. Everytime I come here They have dead fish in a lot of their tanks which continues killing the other fish that are still alive because theres such a high amount of ammonia. I would NOT recommend buying fish from here at all. If you do the fish will probably die within a couple of days after purchasing If youre a beginner.

We made an appointment for our 2 dogs. It ended up being 2 weeks away. We were notified that we needed our dogs shot records. Im unsure as to how the records wed given the salon before had been lost. The Banfield hospital, in the same building doesnt share info with the salon. I wont be taking my dogs to this particular pet smart again. The store in Arvada has never lost my records.

Always find what I need, employees are nice and helpful, heard they cant do price matches anymore to online resources but they went ahead and helped me out. Overall good experience.

PetSmart banfield hospital always takes way longer than told. Dropped my dog off at 1:00 was told it should take 2 hours ended up taking four. When I picked up my dog she kept crying then I realized she had not been taken out to use the restroom at all. I really wish they would be more efficient.

The pet techs here are not only friendly but knowledgeable anout the products they carry. This is an awesome attribute to the buisness,not all products are all alike. To insure your pet receives the best product for its health these folks invest the time and effort to know what theyre selling,as well as the best deals.

Petsmart is great especially at this location. However, theyre prices for dog food is a NO after I found out how much more expensive they charge here. I buy Canidae and its $70 after tax basically for their largest bag of dog food....I went to Chewy and they are cheaper by at least $10 or more depending on the deal they promote. But then I found a Curve Feed & Supply Store near my house and they sell the same dog food for $20 less! So yes PetSmart is one of the biggest pet places to go shop for your little furry friends but do the research around your area before you start investing in big companies like these that are just charging you extra because of the store name.

Took my little buddy Houdini my little kitten to get his shots wasnt shocked to much came back to me in one piece LOL. Knowledgeable staff kind and understanding.

Lots of options for dog food, toys, and beds, and many other customers were also there (with masks on) with their friendly dogs for mine to meet--a great opportunity for socialization for my dog during the pandemic

PetSmart is a great place to go to find everything you need for all your pets! I have been taking sir Lancelot to Banfield hospital since I got him and they have taken great care of him for the last 4 years . I recommend this place because everyone is so caring and friendly and the the plans save you a lot of money. Also I really like the idea of when I buy a bag they donate one to starving animals. Yay 🐶🐱

Poor grooming service and manager customer service, will not be back. First of all appointment was booked almost 2 months ago. Then get a call Friday afternoon telling me I need to reschedule for Monday instead of planned appointment. I do even though it totally messed up the days scheduel. I asked that her nose hair and facial hair have special attention, as its always in her eyes first thing. Also asked for nail grind. Both requests were not done, because apparently my dog was very anxious around the clippers and scissors, then another employee tells me she is having mouth pain. Even though she was just at vet 2 weeks ago and all was good and she has been groomed for over 12 years with no issues.... So I go to pay a bit irritated, and ask to speak to manager. After expressing my thoughts, she offers a refund. Upon going into pick up my dog I hear her telling the groomer to block any future appointments, as she notices I enter she gets quiet quick.I chimed in an let them know that will not be an issue, I will not be back to have grooming done or to shop here any further. So if you have any issues, just keep in mind they may make adjustments to you bill, but sounds like they do not want your business after that.

The associate in the fish department wasnt very pleasant with my mother and I. My mother was very excited to purchase a fish and two fish from the store. When she grab the fish she squeezeed the fish as she was placing it into the container and I believe she may have hurt the fish, and my mother and didnt accepted at the Pets Smart. Its sad that paying customers such as my mother and I have to indure discrimination and look down upon us.

Made it really inconvenient for me...... couldn’t do anything right on the register. Took forever when in a hurry.....

Customer service was poor. Cashier didnt give cash back options other than to donate the rest of my purchase to some donation fund he couldnt disclose details on at the end of the transaction. Had to ask for him to bag 10lbs of raw dog food for me instead of him offering. Who wants to leave a store with raw meat in hand on a 90+ degree day? Will be going to Petco from now on.
