We rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday party. They were super easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions right away. They came and set everything up quickly. Triple checked that we were happy with the location and set up. The bounce house was very clean and in great condition. It was huge hit with all the kids! I will definitely be calling again!

I have used VIP party rentals for several occasions over the last 3 years and they never fail to provide excellent service. From tables and chairs to tents and bounce houses. They have many options for all themed parties. Quick with quotes and responses to questions or concerns. Prompt and professional. Quick to set up and quick to take down. I priced around when I threw my first party and they had the best prices! The workers are respectful and polite. This year was a rough one due to Covid however I was able to throw my child a party outside. VIP provided us with a bounce house, slide, tables chairs and a tent. They set up early in the morning sanitizing and cleaning everything as they set up. The kids had the best time! I highly recommend them...

VIP was absolutely amazing. Booked a week in advance with no problem, was able to accommodate all of my needs and beyond. Even offered a bigger tent for no charge. Carlos was able to answer every and all of my questions prior to delivery. I don’t normally post reviews but I will be using VIP for any and all of my party needs. 10/10

I decided last minute to have a water slide at my sons 6th birthday party. I called VIP Party Rentals and Spoke to Carlos. I was told what was available last minute and the best price that could be done. I was given a very reasonable price and decided to request one to be delivered the next morning. Carlos also helped me to make sure that the rather large water slide would fit in the backyard prior to delivery. The guys that came to set it up were very professional and the slide was very clean. Everyone enjoyed the water slide and had such a great time. Carlos and staff were very professional and polite. We will definitely be using VIP Party Rentals again for our next event

These guys are awesome! We used them to deliver and pickup chairs for our wedding and they were perfect. They were timely on both the dropoff and pickup and set the chairs up beautifully. Communication was easy and responsive. Highly recommend!

First let me start with the disappointment on my four year olds face and his friends when I didn’t know if they were coming or not. The experience and services started very promising and professional. We agreed on an avengers bouncy house and time and date. An invoice was sent to my email with confirmation of everything and I had spoke to the owner via Instagram since 8/6. My sons birthday party was scheduled for 8/15 with delivery note stating it would be before 3pm. The day of the party I started trying to reach out to the owner via phone calls and Instagram messages and I was not able to get in contact with anyone. I called multiple times like 15 times between 3 pm- 7:30 pm. I left 2 messages and tried calling with different numbers. It’s Monday today and I have still not received any call back or response through Instagram. It was too late to get another Bouncy house so I felt very upset that they didn’t have the courtesy to call even if they wouldn’t be able to provide the service. I would not recommend them at all unless your waiting to be disappointed. Very very upsetting for me as a parent to see children so disappointed.
