Really a very good experience once youre able to contact somebody. My only feedback would be they often do not answer the phone and if somebody does answer they just send you to somebodys voicemail. Dont always receive a call back. Once your service experience does begin they are very good however.
Trace saved the day and averted a major catastrophe. Ultimate high marks for this service writer who went above and beyond the call of duty.
We love Prestige’s service department. It is unlikely I will ever take my Porsche anywhere else. They are professional, thorough, considerate and communicate everything well. I am particular about my cars and they never disappoint me with the care they take while it’s in their hands. I also typically have a borage of random questions and they answer them graciously. Thanks for always taking good care of us!

Im extremely frustrated with these guys. I brought my 04 Cayenne in for a starter and after they repaired it they said it leaked antifreeze from the cooling pipes above the starter. I told them I fixed that once before, so they blamed me for tightening the hose too tight and did the repair again and charged me twice for 12 hours of labor. Now after a $4,000 starter Im still losing antifreeze as I drive, cant afford to pay for the repair a third time and the leak is right above the new starter, Im sure it will burn out the starter again in no time. Id avoid these clowns, Ill have to do the work myself.
