Had a great experience with Tom at Twin City Jewelers and would recommend! Went in with a family diamond to make it into an engagement ring. Tom went above and beyond to walk us through the process, educating us on the diamond cut/style, and providing guidance on what hed recommend for setting it.It felt more like an experience than a transaction. That says a lot about Tom and his store. Of course, she said yes and well surely return in the future for wedding bands.

They sell stolen jewelry, Tom the owner has no heart is a cold and rude money hungry Thief ! My family jewelry was stolen he bought it, this was passed down from 4 generations approximate value was almost $400,000, he will not meet with me he will not call me back some of the are items are engraved inside I know people they were sold to he still has pieces in the store for sale ! They have memories and meaning to my family this was supposed to be passed down to my daughter on her wedding day which has recently just passed my mom is deceased my grandmothers deceased and my great aunt which these items belong to “This Man has no decency no heart and no family value !!!

I have been a customer of Twin City Jewelers for many years and for many reasons of which some include the selection, the quality of service and their pricing. They have a huge selection to choose from and much of their showcase is unique as they custom make a lot of their jewelry. They also do on-site repairs and cleaning which many shops nowadays send out. The staff is also really knowledgeable of the jewelry market, professional and sincere. Additionally, from my experience they are very competitively priced. If you have not tried this jeweler yet make sure you stop in to see their collection….you will be glad you did!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom on an engagement ring and it was a great success. I brought my Cameo from 1870 to be appraised and possibly sell to this jewelry store, they are listed as selling and purchasing jewelry not scrap gold. When I was given the estimate on how much they would pay for this cameo they told me $30, this particular cameo is worth about $1,000 they told me that the only value that it had was the scrap gold on the outside of it. This place employees a bunch of con artists 2 only purchase scrap gold so if you have jewelry to sell dont go here.

I actually have a warranty on my ring for lifetime resizing etc, but I would of had to wait atleast two weeks to have my ring back .I found out twin city does same day resizing and repairs . They did a perfect job with my ring quick, affordable,helpful, and professional . I’m going to drop my watch off on my next day off lol

Horrible experience experience, I was there with my girlfriend because she has to repair there something and in The same time we was looking at some second heand ( USED!) rings so my girlfriend liked one right a lot the price in in that moment they tell us was 1200$ write on the paper but I didnt buy the Ring that time because I wanted to make her one surprise for her birthday that was coming the next week so I go back two days after alone to buy the Ring and and they recognized me and was sure that Ill buy the Ring so they come up with the price of 2200 $ so of course I didnt buy the Ring, I lost one day going there 3 times in that day in the end I tell my girl what happened she said that this is not acceptable because she was with me the first time when they show us the price of 1200 so she go there with me we called the owner but hes answer with great indifference was that I should buy the Ring the first time and the best what he can do for me is 1800$ for that Ring and they messed up my surprise, I didnt buy the Ring, I didnt have more time left to buy another one so no marriage proposal for my girlfriend on her birthday because no Ring, I was so mad but even nobody apologized, I was treated with zero respect and indifference I dont wish to nobody this horrible experience .I mentione one more time that the first day The prince they give me was of 1200 write on the paper, like used product and the second day they recognized me and was sure that I come to buy that Ring then probably they decided to push me the Ring at The Price of brand new product of 2200.Here I dont talk about negotiation!!!!

When the company I work for was located in Lakewood I would purchase from Twin City and my wife always loved her gifts. I contacted (Tom) at the store and he explained, about the size vs. weight of diamonds. He showed me similar earrings he had made for another client, they were beautiful. Tom was able make a set of diamond studs that were better than I could have imaged.
