This shop is so greedy, they wanted to change my watch battery for $50. I went down to the kiosk called “stop and fix “for just $12 !!!and only took 10 mins fir 2 watches.

I had a great experience here! Realistic times, quality work. They fixed my chain and it feels pretty solid. Can’t complain. Owner also sells jewelry at a wholesale price. Just ask.

CANT REMEBER LADY NAME SHE APPROACH ME FROM BEHIND ASKED HOW SHE CAN HELP ME, I MENTION LINK TO MY CHAIN WONT STAY CLOSED . SHE TOLD ME RIGHT AWAY AND SHOULD ME WHY FIX IT AND CLEANN . IT WAS NOTHING BUT GOD WHEN I WALKED OUT OF ALDO AND SEE THIS FAST FIX . AS i was going to drive out my way. anywho nice service

This place is true to its name. They replace your barreries while you wait or you can leave them and come back. And the people are extremely friendly.

Sized 2 of my watches and replaced a battery and it wasnt an arm and a leg. It was done on time and I was able to pick the watches when they said it would be done. Love it!

This is a great place to go if you have a watch you love. The gentleman who replaced my battery and took a couple more of the links out of the band was very knowledgeable and skilled. Note: He did all the work right in front of me, which is something I prefer. I asked him to check the date functionality as it was not working at all (due to another watch repairer from a different state mishandling my watch that led to the breaking of the mechanism) and he carefully but quickly took my watch apart. After examining he showed me what was broken and explained why it would be so expensive to repair. I had previously taken my watch to another watch repairer who explained the same thing. In conclusion, I would use their services again. The gentleman was attentive, professional, skilled, courteous and patient. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because taking out 2 links in my watch band, which he did in 5 seconds, was pretty costly, but the battery was reasonably priced. I would use their services again if I have a need as they proved to be trustworthy in addition to all the other positives I already listed.

So much money

Too expensive for watch battery replacement. $29.99 for a battery that costs $5 is silly. Guy was nice and Im sure he would have done a great job....so take is review as a price rating, not service.

I needed a quick watch fitting as im rushing to go on vacation. I called and they said they can be super quick. They were right, i walked away for less than 5 minutes, came back and it was done. I even had a couple minutes to stop and write this review. Only $10!

We came to get out glass repair. The jeweler stopped what he was doing to help us repair our glass. Awesome service, going above and beyond Henry and Mary. Please keep up the good work.

Did a great job on my wife engagement ring

I went into the store and there were two guys working there. I asked one of the folks how much to fix my glasses and he said $5.00. The other guy yelled to the first guy that it was $10.00 to fix my glasses.I went to FULL VISION in the mall and they fixed my glasses for FREE.This was the first time that I was SCREWED by FAST FIX.

Awesome watch repair service

Sold my sister a lifetime battery ($20-30). 2 days later I took her watch to a repair place in Long Beach. One the battery was dead and two he said it was a cheap battery. He installed a new one ($7.95) and informed me the gasket had been removed and never replaced. This place is not trustworthy.
