My husband and I received phenomenal service from Luke!!! He is extremely helpful and patient. We recently purchased a band to reset my engagement ring. Luke went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new ring.

I am very disappointed that this company will not allow my jewelry to be moved to a nearby store so I can pick it up. They are holding it for a undetermined future opening date, something that belongs to me, without good reason. Something that is valuable, my wedding ring. Terrible customer service..... I have tried multiple times to call customer service, being on hold for a hour and no one answering
