I had a bad experience the first time I worked with them, but decided to give them a second chance a couple years later, today, to my regret.The attention to detail is non-existent. Areas I asked them twice to be cleaned were left dirty. I spent almost $500 with 3 women cleaning, without rushing them, and they did the bare minimum.While they are nice people, the work is abysmal. It’s the worst feeling to spend so much money hoping to be able to relax in your clean home, only to spend the evening cleaning over their work.The extra star is because they do a good job with a move-out clean, when you don’t have to be in the space again.Photos are *after*, if you can believe it.

Absolutely professional and do a wonderful job. These ladies are committed and are flexible. Open to feedback and super efficient. They come in, do their job effectively and are always super polite. I am so glad to have found them. We went from once a month to every three weeks because of the wonderful job they do. 5 stars from me.

Place looked great, but a couple of things...trash was left by the dumpster instead of in it, management of the facility has the right to charge me for this when trash goes in the trash, not next to it...also, I just ordered first time customer for $105 for 3 hours, was charged $160 for 2 hours...receipt shows only the total, no breakdown of time or activities...overall disappointed with the professionalism and communication...updated: as per the reply... this is not how this was booked...asked for 3 hours at 105.00 per your website...nothing mentioned of going hourly....a 1 bedroom, empty apartment is hardly a challenge…no breakdown on the bill further shows some shadiness…no code on the dumpster and lid was open...a word of advice, not very wise to engage disgruntled customers on Google Reviews...maybe review the content on your website...and your BBB complaints before responding further on Google Reviews...have a good existence

I used spotless cleaning for roughly 6 months. The cost is 30-40% more than the competitors and the service is subpar. Over that duration I started to recognize damages to my home. I brought my concerns to the attention of Michelle and received zero concern, only excuses and the implication that I was lying. She was rude, disrespectful and couldn’t care less about the customer or their home. I now have thousands in damages with little recourse. I encourage you stay stay away from this company as you will regret your decision.

I wrote this over a week ago and have now decided to post it: In seeing other reviews I wonder if the owner, Michelle, had a bad day. Hold tight, because I am going to share the good, bad and ugly of our experience.First the good: This was the first time we used them - I came home and the house smelled great and when I opened the fridge it looked amazing. The shine was just glowing in my face and I do enjoy coming home to that. The employees were pleasant to deal with. We both noticed a few missed spots, but given our small but full house and the lack of familiarity with it, I think they did a good job.The bad: There was a misunderstanding between my wife and the owner on pricing at the end of the day and my wife had called about the missed spots. Once offered a solution, my wife was going to pay and was told there was a fee for processing a credit card. After some more back and forth between the assistant and the owner on those fees, we were back at paying the balance due which was $250 for the deep clean of our house (a fair price in my opinion given the 8 ½ hours of actual labor – 2 people were there for 4 ½ hours), less a pre-arranged first time customer discount of $25 and no credit card fees. We were also offered a free hour on the next cleaning for the confusion. My wife was about to pay the owner via credit card, but had some more questions about the pricing since she was under the impression it was far less ($140 for our size home for 4 hours). Pricing on their website is not clearly stated and you should take the time to understand what is going to be billed, when you have your initial discussion with the owner. This is very important and you have been forewarned. Perhaps the business should consider having their staff take 5 minutes to go over what will be cleaned and what the new customer will be paying for (cost estimate) at the beginning of their work.The ugly: As my wife was again asking about the pricing and felt she should pay less than the $220 that they had finally agreed on, she was told to do the math – it was simple. It was late afternoon and the owner told my wife she had to go and they could pick up this conversation later again, since she was at her son’s birthday party and out of town. I can appreciate that she took the call at that time. 5 minutes after their call the owner, Michelle, sends my wife a text message rescinding the discount, asking for the full $250 and threatening collections if we did not pay by noon the following day. -NOT A GOOD MOVE- I just came home when she received these text messages. I was heated and called the owner (I should not have called so quickly), and had unfortunate choice words for her and her husband who took over the phone. I offered to pay in full right then with a credit card and then realized I am giving someone over a cell phone who I now DO NOT TRUST my credit card info. I said I’ll pay cash instead and they can pick it up now. They threatened collections again and hung up on me. I had to text them back and we agreed that I would pay them the next day at their office in cash, which I did.As a side note and proof is in the pictures I added: They told us they took pictures of our house to prove they cleaned it fully. Not sure about you, but I do not know these people and they are taking pictures of my home without my knowledge or consent. WE FEEL COMPLETELY VIOLATED BY THIS ACT.

The second time they charged me double the amount did half the work the owner was there and on the phone the whole time while charging me by the hour when I tried to call and ask why my credit car was charged $200 more than the time before she was rude and hung up on me.
