I’ve used B-Green for several years now to clean my carpets. They are well-priced, and handle pet stains and kid spills with ease. Their teams are courteous, friendly and efficient. Even when there is an issue, their customer service team goes over and above to fix the issue. I’m very pleased with this service and will continue to use them in the future!

Christian came out on short notice he did a great job. Carpet looked nice. We’ve had different companies come out but he did the best job even vacuumed before and brushed it. Which made it not be crunchy after drying like other carpet companies. Give them a call and it made my house smell so good.

Im sorry to say that I think the service we got was mediocre. I chose these guys based on the organic products they use. The carpets were in bad shape but it seemed to me like the young guy who showed up gave it a half-hearted attempt. If a door was partially opened, he would go around the door without either opening it all the way, or even getting behind the door. The service was supposed to include vacuuming at the end I belive and he asked me to vacuum in two hours after he left. I was pulling my hair out because my wife was in the hospital and I was moving by myself, so I chose to focus on other things rather than try to have them make it right, so Im leaving a higher review than I would have otherwise, as they didnt really have a charge to make it right. Either way, this service didnt meet my expectation, which was pretty low.

2 punctual friendly guys showed up for the job and worked so hard from 10-4! They really poured their hearts into their work and it shows. All the pet stains are gone and no odor at all, and I had some grease stains in the basement from our elliptical machine that I can’t even see now! This may be the cleanest my carpets and furniture have ever been, looks and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommended!

Ive been using Be Green off & on for several years. They are always very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Theyve continue to follow up with me over the years which is why I keep using them - they remind me to get my dang carpet cleaned! Be Green Services moved heaven and earth to get my carpet cleaned for the final walk through of my just-sold house today. I called them this morning because I have used them before and I like their eco- friendly products, the quality and efficiency of their work and their affordable pricing. I thought I was asking for the impossible, but they made it happen. Vickie is an all-star. I will recommend them to the new owners of my house. I will miss their great service when I move out of state.

I had my apartment carpets cleaned by Toney before my move out. I was worried about the stains from my two young children and a heavy traffic area. Toney spent a ton of time explaining the process to me and going over everything I had concerns about. He probably allowed me too much time honestly, but I appreciated it! I wanted to give an update on my review due to how customer service handled our bad experience. I initially rated them 1 star but am changing it to 3 stars. I did appreciate that they reached out right away to have the carpets cleaned again because they guarantee their work and agreed it was not done well. Ultimately, It did not work out and they offered a full refund. I think it was admirable that the company cared enough to make amends for a very poor customer experience.Initial review:I was not very impressed with their cleaning services. We spent $300 to get the special upgraded treatment for pet stains after a groupon rate. They only cleaned for less than an hour for five rooms and the hall way which was at least 1200 to 1500 sqft. Most of the problems areas don’t look different and they actually created two spots on the carpet that weren’t there before. The spots were soaking wet so my guess is something was spilled. I expected for the price for them to have cleaned longer and focused on areas where we had pet stains... isn’t that what we paid extra for? The pictures below are the stains they created and us soaking it up... the paper towel was filthy from whatever they spilled. Something needs to be done.

I have used B-Green for over 5 years and love how they make sure the carpet is perfectly cleaned. They move the heavy, and I do mean HEAVY furniture around as I request to clean behind them. Two rooms and a hallway for $39.00, what a great value. I wish there an 11 star rating, I would give them that for sure.

WARNING: this company is a scam. Not how I imagined my afternoon would go after taking off work to get my carpets cleaned by Be Green Services. If I had the option to select 0 stars, I would. Be prepared to automatically pay $50 extra for your carpet cleaning service. They’ll close all of your blinds and adjust all of your drapes and walk through every inch of carpet with a black light to find an “unsanitary” spot (which is at their discretion to decide what’s unsanitary) and charge you extra for the special treatment that they are forcing on you. I repeat, this special treatment is not an option it’s a REQUIREMENT and if you don’t agree with it they first call their office to play back the phone call you had when you set up the appointment. Next, they’ll rub the fine print in your face. Then they pack up their equipment and leave, mind you after their equipment is in your house and you’ve cleared furniture out of every room. Ask me how I know. Be Green Services is a joke of a company and it’s clear why they need their fine print. It’s because they can’t keep business and they’re scratching and clawing to get it any way they can. Tell your friends and family - save yourself the time of three stressful phone calls trying to get refunded, don’t book with Be Green Services.

Vicki and Christina got here on time, did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet and stairs, and were very polite and professional. They worked with me to choose the services I needed most while staying within my budget. I got the Black Friday special, and felt that I received a very good price for all the work they did.

They never showed up despite multiple calls/voice messages and text messages, they never responded. I waited for whole day and they didnt showed up even though I have their confirmation email of scheduled appointment.

Maj did a great job on our carpets. He was on time and professional. The process was different from what Ive experienced with other companies, but it seems effective. I used a Groupon deal and as I expected, I wound up paying quite a bit more to get the square footage, extra stairs, and stain protection that I wanted. Maj explained all the cost before he started and I was able to approve or decline additional expense before he started.

So this is a two-part review of 1. the technician, and 2. the sales rep/customer service guy as they both did a horrible job and i believe it is important for everyone to know.First, i want to start by saying, I was impressed with the good reviews (which now i am greatly doubting are all real) so this is the main reason why i selected this service. They offered me the special for 3 rooms and a hallway which appeared cheap but now I know why. I was explained (and emailed what to expect) that it is a 3-part process: vacuuming, spot-treatment, and shampooing. So, here is how it happened:1. The guy came in with ONE machine only and asked right away to make his shampooing solution. within 2 minutes of arrival, he was already shampooing the carpet, but maybe it was some fancy machine that does both in one (heck, no! The customer rep, Oz?, confirmed that it is supposed to be two different machines). Anyways, 10 minutes later, the guy was done and gave me the phone to pay the bill. As I was in the midst of moving and packing my kitchen I did not think about forgetting to inspect the carpet carefully (and of course, he did not encourage me to do so, which afterwards I know why) and even tipped the guy $20 for the 10 minutes of his time. Dont ask me why, I was trying to be courteous. Well, as he left, I decided to look through and see how it was done. I picked up SO MUCH TRASH, and there was tons of hair everywhere that was not cleaned (see pictures). The spots were worse than before, as they were just wet but not-treated. There was a little piece of red crayon graphite that was smeared all over the living area with the shampooing machine. I was stupid enough to clean it before i actually took pictures of it. Again -> moving brain. however, i decided to take pictures as i picked up even more trash from the carpet. So next, going to the customer service guy (I think he introduced himself as Oz in the initial sales contact).2. So i message the guy, send him pictures, and ask him (maybe it is all a big misunderstanding?!) if vacuuming and spot-treatment was included at all (we are talking very basic small spots from traffic, not nasty spill spots!!!), to which he answers Yes. Okay, I asked him, if the machine they use for shampooing vacuums as well, he says No, its two different machines. So, I explain the whole situation to him that i just witnessed, explained how the guy only had one machine, started shampooing immediately upon arrival, etc. His response was that this technician always vacuums and spot-cleans. Didnt he just hear anything i told him?! After that, i explained again how the carpet looks extremely dirty, and it was not even that dirty to begin with, he asked me What are you dissatisfied with? after i just spent so much time explaining what i saw, the poor service, and sent him all the photos. Sorry, but as someone who has worked in customer service, this is not how you make things right... I should have been offered for him to return and finish his job. I have not heard anything ever since. But I know it is impossible to vacuum, spot-clean, and shampoo 3 rooms and hallway for 10 minutes. The one machine, and dirt and particles upon departure were just the proof of it.I wish i was not busy packing and in my last day of moving, so i can request a proper service right away. I also wish i did not tip the guy $20 for his 10 minutes and poor job. Next time, I will use Rug Doctor, thank you very much.

I would not recommend - they failed to move any furniture at all despite confirming they would. They also failed to shut doors in order to clean the triangle of carpet behind the doors or get all the corners of the rooms. Overall the tech seemed to be in a rush and didnt do a very complete job. We also paid for the disinfect and protect treatments and I have no confidence that our carpets received these. I was told the process, based on our square footage, would take 2.5 to 3 hours, the tech was only on site 1.5 hours.

Be Green cleaned my carpets on September 16. Maj provided terrific service, was attentive, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job! Ive used other carpet cleaners, but Be Green is superior! Pleasant fragrance, and no crunch when Maj was finished. Would highly recommend them!

Ben, from Be Green Carpet Cleaning, did an excellent cleaning job for my apartments carpet which was pretty spotted up especially in the high traffic areas. He not only explained the different stages of the cleaning process performed, but also provided some valuable tips to keep the carpet clean. Ben left most of the high traffic areas nearly spotless. I was pleasantly amazed with the quality of work and the effort put in the cleaning process. I highly recommend Be Green Carpet Cleaning to others, especially Ben.

I want to preface this review with the fact that I got a groupon, so it was a great deal price wise and they did totally mess up my first appointment due to a computer scheduling issue with their other branch in AZ. With that being said, they were great with their customer service and were very accommodating on the phone once they realized the mistake. Their cleaner, Scott, was phenomenal. He arrived early, was efficient, attentive to detail, very nice, followed the list I gave him and would definitely hire again. So far so good with these guys and I am picky about house cleaning.

Be Green always does a nice job and is very professional. However, this is the 2nd time Ive had Vicki and her teammate. I remember last time thinking they were so amazingly thorough and hard-working. And it was true again! They moved furniture and got every inch of the stairs and even carefully cleaned a couple of very old and very dirty chairs!

I am not sure what to even say. I had some guy show up in a car that had temporary tags. He then proceeded to pull out a bag with spray bottles and a shark vacuum. If I wanted vacuum my floors I would have just walked to my closet and grabbed my own Shark vacuum. The guy was nice enough but not what I expect for a 150 dollar carpet cleaning. When I called to complain I stopped waiting at minute 30 on hold.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process to me. We had four large rooms, a sitting area, and a hallway cleaned in about an hour and a half. After he completed the cleaning, showed me how to maintain our carpets and gave me some helpful tips. The second floor of our home smelled lovely after he was finished.And, important to me, I was very comfortable with the technician being in my home. Be Green was great. I found them through Amazon local. I needed my carpet cleaned in order to be able to get my deposit back at my old place. They got there when they said and I love the technology they use in their products and the fact that they keep people and animals health in mind without being overly expensive. Most green services or products cost so much. But, Be Green Carpet Cleaning is affordable, effective, and I will definitely be recommending to others in the future.

The technician was perfectly on time, and very thorough explaining the extra pricing even with my Groupon. I have a dog who had a few accidents, so I had to pay extra for the pet cleaning and disinfectant. This is a bait and switch company that has no intention of charging you what they quoted. They will charge you 2-3 times the cost but won’t tell you until they are in the middle of the job. They are a scam. We asked them specifically about the fine print over the phone and described our house and exact square footage over the phone they gave us a quote based on that. When they showed up, because we didn’t have a dining room, only a living room, they said that the living room is two rooms, because we must have used it to eat in which makes it a dining room too. The technician said he isn’t in charge of the price, he is a sub-contractor who has to charge this because that is what the company will charge him. Doesn’t make any sense when we already agreed on square footage. Had to be on the phone for an hour with the office to talk them back to our original deal. Then they gave us a disinfectant surcharge after the job had started. You would think that if this was needed they would disenfect their equipment on every single house (so as not to bring anything from one house to another) so they should include it in the charge.Because the guy said he was a sub-contractor with absolutely no ability to change the price, that means that the office told him one thing and told us another. Bait and switch.

I ordered a cleaning for my mother in law. The first day, the cleaner No Called No Showed. The Second day The cleaner showed up after the 3 hour window I was promised when I booked the appointment on the phone.I called and spoke with the Manager, Adam, who was a complete and total tool. He is smug, and made dumb jokes about me coming into his office, several states away, to throw darts at him or kick him in the shins, it was a poor attempt to make me feel better, which only pissed me off more. When the cleaner did finally show up, he was dirty, his machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, and he immediately started demanding additional charges, even though I had already negotiated a Whole House Package deal with Adam, to include pet damage, which I fully disclosed the extent of on the phone.For the price I agreed to, I dont think there should have been any additional charges, it was already well over $300. All in all I am extremely disappointed in the service provided, the results were not desirable, and when I called back to speak with Adam, he was again smug and unhelpful and told me the only option was to have the same technician come out again, during a 3 hour window... maybe, to have the same subpar results. No Thanks. My whole day is worth more than the money youre refusing to refund, despite guaranteeing all your work in writing.TL;DRThey dont show up on time or sometimes at all. The work is mediocre at best, and they WILL try and up charge you even if you disclose the full nature of the cleaning ahead of time.

I wish that I can say good things about his company. It’s hard to find one that uses non toxic chemicals. I chose them for the price on Groupon. However I was charged triple for the services. The company definitely didn’t do the job correctly. I went back over to see that there were spots that still had “Bacteria” the part I was charged for because they charged me for that. And those stains were still there. The carpets looked clean but under a different light, they didn’t do the job correctly. I’m very disappointed.

Over all a great job! I took one star off because getting stairs done is way over priced. Cost more than getting two rooms cleaned.. and they left a mess in the kitchen sink. And there is a strong chemical odor left after the clean.

Our Pet had diarrhea and it was black! They fit us in the same day I called and were great! Great service, communication, and our carpet is very clean! We paid for a spot removal but the tech (John) ended up doing most the room. Very pleased!

Really crazy customer service. Sorry guys but its true. Had 2 good experiences with this company and then maybe the ownership changed over 2 years. Our carpets looked fresh and healthy. Maybe ownership change? The third time we called, the treatment really made our carpets look dirty and worn. Sent 4 emails never got an email reply. Took a week to get a return phone call. The company said they will return to fix it. I hope the carpet can come back to life. It went from looking two years old to 10 years old after the cleaning with their antimicrobial treatment. Sorry guys but its true. A little out of control.

I highly recommend these people to service your house, Ive hadd them clean my sectional twice and my cats bedroom which was horrific from cat pee. They scheduled me quickly and always on time. Wonderful job and eliminated the smells and my couch was dried in time for the party I was having that afternoon!

My guy Dustin was smart, hard working and my carpet looks like new. Best carpet treatment I have had and my rug is 15 years old! Paying for the extra pet treatment is worth it if you have that problem.

Tony arrived on time with a very gracious and positive attitude. He explained the process in an efficient and easy to understand way. He did everything he said he was going to do and answered any questions I had with a patient manner. The cost over and above what I paid Living Social was a lot lower than what I was expecting for the green treatment, which included minimizing pet odors. There is a 30 day warranty so if I need for him to come back and treat the pet stains again, he will come back for no charge. The best deal ever for a very good product. My carpet was dry in the time he mentioned (about 3 hours). I will use this chemical free company again and again!

Lance did a great job cleaning our home. Every time he comes he does an excellent job. Lance takes his time and makes our carpets look new again. We will definitely be using Big Green and Lance again!

The Technicians, Peter and Nick, arrived within the window time period, were very professional, courteous and did a great job explaining the technology of green carpet cleaning. I was pleased with the results... well worth the cost. It is nice to see to younger people be enthusiastic about their work and willing to deliver good customer service.

Tyler came out promptly at 8 on a cold snowy day. Schlepped all his stuff up three floors and thoroughly raked the carpet and then vacuumed it, then spot treated it, all before he shampooed it. He really worked hard! It looks great, and I like the idea of organic spinach based cleaning solution! Hope it lasts a long time cuz it looks great! Will use again!

Casey is incredibly sweet, and did an awesome job on my house! Ive been on bed rest for months and my house was desperate for some TLC. She accomplished more in 2 hours than I could do in a whole day! Her work far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be rebooking again soon.

Our carpet is 17 yrs old and not in the best condition, thanks to our four footed friends.My expectations were low based on the fact that the stains were pretty old and set in. I had worked on them myself numerous times with not so good results. However, much to my surprise and satisfaction the carpet looks quite a bit better. The technician, Will arrived within the window arranged, was pleasant, courteous and professional. I was pleased with the results and the service.

Be green carpet cleaning is AWESOME I would recommend them to anyone. Especially our technician Peter. He was extremely friendly, and really took his time and did an amazing job, our carpets havent looked so good since we have lived here. We have had other carpet cleaner like Stanley Steamer come before, they charged an arm and a leg. Be green is extremely affordable and does a great job!

Worth the price! There was a cancellation on their end but was able to remedy the issue within my time frame. They did such a good job, my property manager ask for their contact to use for his other properties.
