The Maids (location on Federal) did a much needed deep clean of my home and I am extremely happy with the service and results, from start to finish. The owners were quick to respond to my online inquiry, and 48 hours later every square inch of my place is immaculate. Very impressive and thorough cleaning service along with quick, clear, accurate and responsive communications to set up the clean. Ive hired them to continue to come regularly to keep my house... I highly recommend these guys!

Before the pandemic, I had a bi-weekly house cleaning service, but that went the way of the dodo back in March. I had done periodic deep cleans myself, but the first trimester of my pregnancy has left me absolutely exhausted, and my house was in dire need of a deep clean. With my in-laws coming to visit in a week, my partner and I lacked the time and the energy to do it ourselves, so we decided to treat ourselves to house cleaning again.I usually try to find independent house cleaner, but with the pandemic and the short time frame, I called the Maids since my mom used them regularly in Castle Rock.After I filled out my request for a quote, I immediately requested their last open appointment for the week on Friday. Joe, the manager of the local office, got back to me right away and could fit me in on Wednesday. Even better! The price was $300 for 1900 sqft and the most heavily trafficked and messy rooms of our home (kitchen, office, living room, and master)The cleaners arrived on time wearing face masks. All communication was done over the phone and since my partner and I work from home, we left the front door open for them. Contact was kept to an absolute minimum. They were friendly, fast, and thorough.Walking through my clean house, I could feel a huge weight lift off my shoulders. My only regret is that I didnt have them clean the whole house, but thatll be a good treat next March before the baby comes.

Top Notch Next Day Service - I put in an online request for a quote for a one-time cleaning on a Thursday night hoping to get our place cleaned before our event on Saturday. Scott called me early Friday morning, and was able to get a team out Friday afternoon. The team that was available was larger than the team they would typically use for our home size. However, they were incredibly generous and still gave me the rate of a smaller team. The communication I received from Scott was stellar with updates about when the team was on their way, and a follow-up call when they were done. I was already sold on the company based on their ability to get us in last minute and the excellent costumer service alone. I was even more impressed when I got home and found my house to be cleaner than it has ever been. Thank you to The Maids, Scott, and the team that saved us!

Ive used The Maids several times for cleaning the short term rentals that I manage. They are courteous, punctual and do a great job. Ive found the office staff is very helpful and responsive as well.
