They never even responded!!! Horrible customer service.

Merry Maids just cleaned my house for the first time and I was astounded by their detailed work oriented approach. They did everything I asked and even more. I have arranged to have them back monthly because I need the help as I can no longer due for myself.Month 3 of Merry Maids. I am still very happy with my Merry Maids services. They have cleaned my house from top to bottom. I am medically unable to clean for myself and really appreciate their help.Month 4 - I had extra special cleaning this month. The owner of Merry Maids of Tacoma, Jennifer, came to my home to clean. She told me how she likes to visit the worksites and customers to make sure that everything is satisfactory. She was very impressive and cared deeply about the service her people provide. I felt honored to be chosen for such a visit. She is truly a hands-on manager who stays in touch with her staff and clients.

All of the employees have done an outstanding job for us. They clean our small office every two weeks and have for over 15 years! Kind and thorough! Great job. Highly recommend. I dont always get the same cleaners, but thats okay. They always do well.

I have a regular team that comes every other week. These girls are great. Always on time and they do a great job!

Im not the most clean person, and I reached out to Merry Maids because I was worried some of the dust and clutter was affecting my health (I have Cystic Fibrosis and am susceptible to many lung irritants). These guys ROCKED. My place looks AMAZING. I seriously didnt dare to hope they would be able to do so much, but this is EVERYTHING I wanted, and it was extremely affordable for me! You guys deserve every 5 star review you get, and Ill definitely be reaching out in the future when I need some extra help again. Thank you SO MUCH MERRY MAIDS!!!!

Very friendly. Good service although I wasn’t home to add the tile in front of my doors to be cleaned but I thought that was part of the floor? Still I recommend Selena and Trina and will have them back.

NOT happy with this company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Cleaning is sub par and they will charge you an arm and a leg. $130 per hour! They nickel and dime everything and then will blame you for poor cleaning jobs. The cleaning ladies who work their are very nice and underpaid making a tiny more then minimum wage no matter how long they have worked for them, staff told me this. The company takes most of the profit and charges you exorbitant rates for cleaning. I feel bad for them because they have a set amount of time to clean a house and they make them leave a home half cleaned if they run out of time. Dont waste your time and money. Shauna and Brittany did an awesome job of doing a move out cleaning on my apartment, focusing on the kitchen, bath and laminate flooring while I vacuumed. I don’t think my floor was that clean when I moved in.Shauna had got on her hands and knees and scrubbed the bathroom floor to get the hairspray off. Brittany focused on the kitchen appliances and they looked great. The place looked amazing when we were through.I couldn’t do the final walkthrough with the office manager, but I received a call telling me how happy they were with the cleanliness of the apartment and how much they appreciated my leaving the apartment in such an immaculate condition. I am getting a full refund of my security deposit.I highly recommend MerryMaids of Lakewood and especially the team of Shauna and Brittany. Thank you!

I’ve worked at this location for almost a month and I have had such an excellent experience. The managers and owner are amazing. They always make sure we’re safe and that we’re doing the correct things for our customers! I enjoy cleaning homes for the customers we have, they have all been so sweet. I recommend coming to this Marry Maids if you live in the area because we will figure something out for you and make sure your home is clean!

Recently sold my house and need help to make sure I hand over to new owns looking nice. Totally was surprised that the two girls ( who where very nice...) that started on the cleaning chit chatted ( not training, as later I was told, since I was around the whole time and came to check on things often and overheard.!) as time went on 3 hours later ( and I was paying by the hour☹️)... they called in help and 4 more lady’s came... I would say that out of the 6 two who came last worked like a cleaning company should especially if the customer is there the whole time! I use to have my own cleaning business and I know what it takes... my house wasn’t that bad. I had them all quit after 4 hours and about 500$ later😖. I ended up doing about 2 1/2 hours work myself. Truly very disappointed and Never will use them again! Not at all a happy customer. E.S

Teresa and Allison did an excellent job today! We were extremely pleased how they cleaned the house and dealt with the dog hair. They work so well together and even cleaned our porch today. Everything looks and smells wonderful.

Worked for this company for awhile, and I loved every moment. People don’t realize what u do when u cleanup behind them but being the one in the position of cleaning behind other people made me realize what a hard job this was! House cleaners don’t always get recognized for there efforts and hard work!!! Driving around everywhere, In rain, ice, or snow, carrying heavy equipment and having to give great customer service to even those who don’t deserve it!!! U ladies are awesome for what you do and I am forever greatful for my position with this company. It has taught me so much and I am very appreciative for the experience.

Do not work for this company. Jennifer is illegally sharing my L&I claim to other employees, slandering my name and other employees. she also does not follow ANY of the health standards in her handbook. she has discriminated towards me because i was pregnant while working there, made me sign a write up form for voicing my opinion and so much more. i would never want someone i know working for this company.

The women that came were kind and efficient. They explained everything to me afterwards about the cleaning process. I appreciate the systematic approach to cleaning.

Gave a call to Merry Maids on 9/29/2015. I left a voice message that I had just lost my house cleaning service and was interviewing and would like to get an estimate. Never received a call back. I left both my home and work number. To me, no response from a company totally turns me off to ever doing any business with them. First impressions are golden. Merry Maids receives an F for Failure to call back. Very poor first impression and that would lead me to believe that the customer service from this company is very poor also. Maybe think twice before entering into any contract with this self professed Professional company. Buyer beware.

I like how Merry Maids honored my small request on products used in my home. It is very helpful for me to have Merry Maids on a regular basis.

Merry Maids used to hold high standards, until they lost some of their best cleaners. There is no longer any quality control. I had a girl come to my house under the name of Shyrell Woods. I googled her name out of curiosity and found that she is convicted of abusing and killing two horses. Merry Maids claims to do background checks on all employees, but they obviously dont. I dont want someone like this in my home. I would not recommend this company. Ever.

Absolutely ridiculous that we had a 2 hour apt with 2 girls coming to the house. All that got cleaned were 2 out of 3 of my bathrooms.......THATS IT !!!! There is no way this is even acceptable, if I would have cleaned it myself....WAY TO SLOW. Very disappointing
