She was recommended to me by a friend, and came to do a deep clean. I liked her service and her professionalism so much I kept her on as a regular. Only been using her service for about a year but she does a great job at a reasonable price.

We feel comfortable relaying any concerns we have and she always knows the best way to handle them especially now in this time of CoVid-19. We’ve gotten to know Maritza and her team like family. Made an appointment for 9:30am. I called at 9:35 to see why they hadnt showed and she said that they would be there withing 15 mins. She then called back at 9:55am stating that they were on the freeway on standstill traffic. I asked the estimated ETA and estimated time frame of completion she hung up in my face. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT NOT PATRONIZE HER.

I was told that someone would be meeting with me a my office that I was getting cleaned for a walk through to properly give me a quote. At 9:32am I got a text message stating Will be there around 10:00 had to turn around unexpectedly is that ok still I didnt respond do to already being frustrated with the tardiness. At 9:39 the lady from the cleaning service called and said she is 15 minutes away. I agreed to still meet there. I waited at my office until about 10:15 or so. At 10:39 I called to get an explanation on the no show. The lady lied and said she went there and no one was there and she called and the phone went to voice-mail. I asked her why no message then via text or voice? And I informed her that I was waiting at the office. I would not recommend anyone using this unprofessional service.
