I would give the Merry Maids (there was a man on our cleaning team) so I called them The Merry Ones! There were two who came and they got right to the work cleaning and left things sparkling. When we had to begin social distancing we put them on hold but are almost ready to call them back. They are excellent and very professional. All those qualities listed above can be attributed to The Merry Maids!

Called to discuss not paying ridiculous setup fees vs paying fair rates for trial. The account manager told me $250 setup fee before any non-contracted cleaning is their policy, then hung up on me when I tried to discuss options.

The ladies always did a great cleaning. The service is easy to work with. Everyone is pleasant. It is a good value for your money. I used them for 15 years until we moved out of state.

I had a great experience with Merry Maids of Littleton! My favorite thing is that they always called after the cleaning to see if everything was to my liking. If ever I was unhappy with anything, they immediately sent someone out to re-clean that area. Theyre easy to work with, utilizing text messaging and being flexible in scheduling. A+ for customer service!

I have used Merry maids in Lakewood, CO for over 10 years. They are on-time, do a thorough job, dont talk or text while working, are very responsive to my requirements and I almost always get the same two cleaners. So, I have a lot of trust of them coming into my home

Merry Maids did a wonderful job with our very large (5700 sq ft) for over 10 years. We got to know our cleaners as they were almost always consistently the same. The office staff is courteous and helpful as well. They were also flexible when I needed to change the day of cleaning.

They started off cleaning the house great but we quickly found that you had to stay after them to ensure your house was getting cleaned. We dropped them after six months because we constantly found ourselves calling them back out to clean again. If you go with them DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. Make them prove that they are good over time. Personally I would never go back to Merry Maids

The 2 ladies were incredible! I have tried quite a few cleaning services and have been disappointed again and again. Usually I wind up cleaning the whole house again as soon as they leave, at best, re-mopping the hardwood and re-cleaning the bathrooms. But not these ladies. They were quick and I couldnt find a single thing that needed redoing. I am very much impressed and will continue to use them as long as my cleanings are this outstanding. Thank you!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! BUYER BEWARE!! HIRE MERRY MAIDS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! OH AND TO BOOT...THEY STOLE MY DAUGHTERS ANTI-ANXIETY PILLS!! IF YOU LET THEM IN YOUR HOME, YOU BETTER FOLLOW THEM WHEREVER THEY ARE BECAUSE IF THEY GET A CHANCE, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR HOME!

Dont waste your money. Kelly Sereda of Merry Maids, Lakewood and Littleton is rude and seemed like her customers bothered her. I spent $300 on cleaning my house and she treated me as if I had spent $20. I will never secure her services again.

Do not use this maid service. They do not clean, and they will over charge you. They will also be very rude and talk on their cell phones while working. They will break your things. Not worth it
