I was referred to Heidi by a doctor in Cherry Creek, who also offers laser hair removal. I would not even consider seeing anyone by Heidi. She is not only professional, but she is honest and knows how to get results. A huge point for me is that she makes you feel comfortable and is fantastic!

Oh my goodness, Heidi is amazing! I started laser hair removal on my full body and she makes me feel super comfortable! Ive seen her twice now and its like catching up with an old friend I havent seen in a while. With that said, she is also a true professional and not lackadaisical. My spot test consultation with her sold me on this being the place for me and after my first session I have no doubts that I made the right choice!Moxie itself has a very inviting and clean atmosphere. Minimalist in the sense that there isnt a bunch of product or signs up to make you feel like you need something unnecessary. As such I dont feel like Im walking in as just another number or sale, which is a big deal for me personally. The ladies Ive had the opportunity to meet up front are very pleasant and make sure you feel welcome in the environment.The results from the laser itself speak volumes for me as I wasnt expecting much reduction on first going in. But even after the spot test, the difference between the areas tested versus the opposite side were astounding. I do have very fair skin and dark hair which helps, but even still, just wow!In short, Moxie is a great business that I am happy to support! Heidi is awesome and not only have I, but I will continue to recommend both her and Moxie to anyone in need of their services!

I highly recommend Moxie Spa in Littleton for laser hair removal. I first started going to Heidi about seven years ago and recently reconnected for some touchup work on my body and face. Heidi has been working in the industry for a long time and is truly a master at what she does! She is super knowledgeable, honest, incredibly thorough, and delivers awesome results! Heidi is an ANGEL! I have really thick dark hair, and she has done such an amazing job with my laser hair treatments. I have gone to other places where the treatment was very painful, and results took a very long time to appear. After seeing Heidi 3 times, I have already noticed such a drastic change in my hair reduction and she has never burned me. She is very quick and efficient. My skin is so smooth and healthy. 5 stars all around!!!! The spa is super clean and Suzy at the front desk is always so sweet. I highly recommend Moxie! You will not be disappointed.

This review is mainly for the guys (since I am one).I am (or was) a SUPER hairy guy. I started with Laser on a small area in the very beginning two years ago. Right after the first session, I could not believe how good the result were already. After 3 sessions, the hair on the area I was doing were almost all gone permanently. The laser isnt necessarily 100% pain free for the first time, it can be uncomfortable a bit, but like I said, I was VERY hairy. Now I dont feel any uncomfortableness anymore.Since, Ive done several body parts and I am very satisfied. Ive worked with several Esthetician there and they were all great. Some are still there, some are gone. The one I am working with at the time of this review (Haven), she is amazing. Shes professional, making sure Im comfortable at all time and I really enjoy working with her.I cant compare really with other salons because its been that same one since the beginning. The results are there, and thats all that matter in the end, so Ill stick there as long as this continues this way.

ALWAYS ask to see certifications if you plan on going to Moxie. I received Dysport from a regular Esthetician with no proper medical training. This led to a major droop only on one of my eyes. So now I have an uneven face for the next 6-9 months 🙄 So disappointed. Even if Moxie offered to ‘fix’ their mistake, time is the only thing that will even possibly remedy their rookie mistake. At the time of my service, there was no RN or nurse practitioner on staff and yet they knowingly performed a service that should have been performed by a truly licensed professional...not just one who got a shortcut online certificate. I naively and regretfully trusted them. Would not recommend coming here.

Moxie is an amazing Med spa. They use state of the art technology, stay current an the new techniques and trends, and employ some of the best aestheticians in the area! The staff is awesome, the pricing is fair and the facility is spotless. They even offer AFFORDABLE monthly memberships for sugar waxing and laser hair removal treatments.To top it all off, the owner Ronica makes their sugar wax in-house! No gross chemicals or skin damaging heat required for a smooth wax! Safe for even the most sensitive skin (which I just love). They don’t sell you treatments you don’t need (or want). I have eyebrows that are a pain to wax so they book me two times lots each time to make sure I get the best possible wax and don’t charge me extra. Nobody does that kind of thing anymore! 💕

Love Moxie Med Spa. I have had injections, laser and body sculpting and all have gone above my expectations. Ronica and her staff are professional and do an amazing job. The Dysport lasts, but still looks natural. No Spock eyebrows as some other services have done. and never too much. Next up I am doing under eye filler and cannot wait for the results!!!

If you’ve never gotten sugar waxed you should try it! My skin responds so much better than hard wax. Movie Med Spa is so clean, all the staff is friendly and polite and they are so helpful and accommodating! Absolutely amazing place!! the sugar waxing is less painful than regular wax 100%. super easy and not super painful. i got my back done before with normal wax and it hurt but the sugaring hardly hurt. and it was also my first Brazilian wax and it was not super painful hurt less than my eyebrows getting waxed at other places. Heidi was SO sweet too! she did an amazing job and i’ll definitely be going back. gonna recommend to everyone i know. 11/10 experience, would give 100 stars if i could!

For my first experience, I called and called (4x) to ask for pricing and one of the staffs told me I had to come in, so I made an appointment. I got there and was helped by someone (Sam) that didnt initially introduce herself to me, but just brought me to the back and told me what shell be doing. I told her I didnt want to do the procedure yet and that someone said to come in to find out pricing, and she said I could have found it online or they have a pamphlet they read over and tell customers over the phone, so I was definitely mad for the time and gas wasted, which took 45 minutes to get there. The owner, Ronica Kirwin, reached out to me about my experience and was nice enough to compensate for the incident. After months to a year of contemplating whether I should return, I decided I should give them another try... Bad idea! It was yet another similar miscommunication and I left the store unhappy. The service was overall okay. The staff (Sara) seemed annoyed that I kept reiterating that Ronica gave me a price for the service, and I, of course, expected her to honor it. Her attitude completely flipped! I was even nice enough to tip her more than she deserved! I informed Ronica about what happened and she didnt even seem to care. Again, I wasted my money, time, and gas! I will definitely not be coming back! And I will warn my friends and family to not give them a chance!

As a male, I was nervous going to a place where I would feel out of my element or uncomfortable or one that would be super frilly. Moxie is neither.Moxie is a relaxed neutral med spa that I actually didn’t feel out of place at all when I walked in and I was made to feel as though I belonged. I didn’t feel weird, or awkward at all. I hate the hair on my back and was going to get it waxed and instead was offered a laser hair removal session and I am getting it removed for good. Stoked that it is only once a month for 10 minutes and surprised that it was painless I was prepared for it to feel like burning or I guess I’m not sure but I’ve heard my sisters talk about it from the past and it sounded like torture. It was easy.Men don’t really share their grooming experiences with their friends but from one guy to another out there, this place is the best there is. Great location and prices, awesome women I saw Ronnie and Haven today and easy to get in and out.

Heidi is the best. She was so fun, put me right at ease, explained everything, and finished my service with plenty of time for me to grab lunch before heading back to work. I could not be happier with her or Moxie as a whole.

I am a small skin care business owner and HATE leaving bad reviews. But that also means I know what to expect. I did contact the owner to see if we could rectify my situation. Im grateful that I only was waxed here after reading the injection reviews. But my waxing/sugaring experience was pretty awful.First off, the room had stuff thrown in it and was in disarray. It was a best, a big closet. There was some light fixture in it and after walking in and seeing how dimly lit it was, I was hopeful that would be used. It wasnt. It was just storage. The lighting in this room, was awful. Two lights in the ceiling. Because a $20 three prong light would be too much to help the tech see the clients hair?The room was dirty upon arrival and I didnt pay too much attention to it until I saw a bug on the wall when I turned over. If it wasnt January and most bugs are dead I wouldnt have been so shocked. Things happen. But my experience just kept getting worse.The tech was listening to some rock music. In a spa, I usually expect to hear calming spa music. Especially when Im having hair ripped out of my body. But as the room showed, me as a customer was just an after thought.After all was said and done about 80% of my bikini hair was gone and about 65% of my leg hair. My $128 price tag for half leg and Brazilian didnt show that I was an after thought.I usually do my own waxing, but was heading on vacation and thought I could try their sugar wax and have someone else get the backs of my legs for me. That proved to be a big waste of time and money.I did reach out and emailed with Ronica the owner. She offered me to come back at 50% off!!!!!You barely got 50% of my hair the first time, and you want me to come in to a room where nobody can see and pay again in hopes that my hair would be gone?I guess common sense isnt a flower in everyones garden, because when you mess up significantly, asking someone to pay again is ridiculous.A refund or free service would have been appropriate.Ive had Asian nail shops do better waxing and not charge what this place charges.After suggesting how to make it right with me, I never heard back from Ronica. So I guess leaving almost half the hair and charging high prices in a dirty closet is ok at Moxie.Well its not with me!Hair removal client beware!!!

I am not a girly girl. So coming to these places isnt my favorite thing. I feel awkward usually lol. The moment I came in I could tell it was a different energy. I felt comfortable! The girls were so helpful and answered all of my questions! They really went the extra mile for me and I am forever grateful! I had never waxed before and my girl Demi was amazing! Love her! They claimed Moxie Med Spas page as their own and are claiming all of Moxies 5 star reviews as their own (youll see that this exact same review is posted on their Google Review Page)!!I have been a huge fan of Moxie for a while, but I wanted to give my take on a new service they offer called Cryoskin.I have received liposuction and coolsculpting in the past without measurable or significant results, so I was skeptical about Cryoskin because, at this point, I figured these types of treatments didnt work on me. I was interested in Cryoskin mainly because of the price point. Its a fraction of the cost of coolsculpting so I figured it wouldnt be too much of a hit on the pocketbook if I didnt good results. I chose to do my arms because its where I had previous lipo and coolsculpting done without great results, so this was my last attempt at achieving what I wanted before considering an arm lift. Let me just say, I am SO HAPPY that I gave it a chance! Demi was wonderful and talked me through what to expect and aftercare treatment. She measured me before and after the 45-minute treatment and I lost a half inch immediately...with hopefully more to come in the next 2 weeks. I am so happy with the results that I decided to invest in 2 5-pack treatments. I always have a great experience every time I go there. Heidi, Demi, Angela, Ronica and the rest of the team are fantastic and they have a client for life!

Love Moxie Med Spa!!! I have been a client for several years now and have done Dysport (Samantha is seriously the best ever at injecting and Dysport is much better than Botox IMO), Cryoskin (where else can you lose inches in an hour?), hair removal, lash tinting and more. Everytime the staff is wonderful and the service is amazing. I am looking forward to undereye filler in the near future too to help with the bags from my allergy eyes. I highly recommend Moxie Med Spa!!!
