Wonderful place! They are awesome about rescheduling and send reminders of your appointments, unlike some other ideal images I have dealt with.

Went to have Cool Sculpting done and was informed that they didnt gave the supplies available. I had an online consult that assured me that 8 cycles over two visits would be enough. This morning they said they would need to do twice that for optimal results. Fair enough but they only had one cycle available. How do you schedule a treatment bit dont order enough supplies? Ill never go back there.

I called on the very next day on wait for 40 minutes and the next day called on call for 50 minutes. Every time you call they are away from phone or out to lunch it makes it convenient for them but what about the customer. The ladies at Ideal Image in Lakewood are always amazing to work with! I get laser air removal on my underarms and bikini area and even though those are areas that can feel like “wasabi”, they still know how to make your experience efficient; they are professional and empathetic by asking what works for you so you’re able to giggle your way through the spiciness. The results I’ve gotten so far and the confidence I’ve gained back has made this all 100x worth it, so thank you!

My experience was pleasant; staff was very professional and friendly. My only complaint is I was not told prior to payment that my appointment could be as far out as 6 to 8 weeks (at least I dont remember). I put down a nice deposit and the 1st payment will happen prior to my appointment. Not cool..... I really hope I am pleased with the results.

Very upset with how my recent appointments were handled. Somehow my appointment was canceled on the 9th. Apparently, the system canceled my appointment because I did not confirm it, when I received no text message and email. There was another client at the location whose appointment was also canceled because of the system and she received no confirmation email or text. It was an issue with the system and blamed on me for not confirming. They asked me to come back at 11. So I did, the machine stopped working. They told me that they scheduled me on the 11th at a different location. I called the location and found out that I was on the schedule. They scheduled on the 12th instead, which is a Sunday (not a working day) and they scheduled at a different at a different time, which I specifically said at the time of scheduling that the location is too far and I can’t make it. I’m a good client and doing all kinds of services with them, yet they can’t get one appointment right. spending. I have to wait sometimes months before I can get in and sometimes, I have to tale days off work to make it during normal business hours. Very upset with the service

As entering this facility, I was greeted with a professional and friendly staff and was happy to see how clean the office was, as well as how they adhere to the current health guidelines. They calmly explained the process to me, making sure to address any concerns I had. I was extremely impressed with how kind the technicians were and very happy with the procedures and results. Im not one for pain but they made the experience nearly painless and extremely memorable! I highly recommend this location and the staff for any of your needs and/or concerns.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have had an absolutely terrible and disappointing experience with timely communication and scheduling. I purchased a package of services in Sept of 2020. I received one service which was good. In attempting to schedule the 2nd of the 3 they were booked out 2 months. They then canceled my appointment a few days before but did not contact me. I tried calling multiple times to schedule and did not get a call back (they rarely answer the phone). When I finally got in touch with someone they couldnt schedule me for another 2 months. The director finally called me and found me an appointment in two weeks. I then get a reminder for the appointment and its for a completely different time than she told me. Ive asked for a refund, as this is ridiculous, but they say the contract says no refund per the terms and conditions....however there are no outlined terms and conditions in the actual contract. Dont go here!

For my first time ever having laser, Janet was extremely professional through the entire process. From educating me at the beginning all the way through the procedure, she made me feel comfortable and safe. I’m so excited to continue this process and start seeing results!

I dont like that I cant see rates on line and cant talk to my local office. I have to wait for someone somewhere else to quote me and than someone in Virginia to book my appt and take pmnt and neither know each other or me so its all disjointed and I cant call them back ever because theres just one number to call. For the service type, this approach is impersonal and not good for long term cust relations. So I have to stick with others for that and just use Ideal Image for sales, etc. Its too bad. Good services, bad front of office set up tho.

Janet absolutely blew me away. I don’t have a ton of experience with having injections but what I have had done in the past was very different. My lips look better than I ever thought they would and hardly any swelling and NO bruising! My Botox went the same way. I will be asking for Janet from now on!!

Didnt have a good experience at this place. I have dark spots on my skin that I want to get rid of before my wedding. Bought the package for 5 sessions. My first appointment was cancelled without notice, I called to reschedule my appointment for the next availability date, (almost a month apart).Took an Uber to my appointment, they told me that they couldnt treat my skin due to the fact that I might have melasma. I understand that this is my face and they dont want to damage it any further, tried to get a refund and they told me that I need a doctors note to get my money back. Ive spent $50 in Uber rides just so they can tell me to get a doctors note to refund my money. This is very poor customer service

I have completed 6 sessions in two areas. While the process itself is a bit uncomfortable, the results are well worth it! Most of the nurses have been very gentle and receptive to my requests to move slowly on certain spots.

I had Janet from Ideal Image Lakewood in Colorado and she was absolutely fantastic! She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable but also worked quickly with the laser to get it done as fast as possible. When there was a good bit of pain she made sure to put pressure on the area which helped relieve the pain. Im very thankful that I got her at my first session. My only complaint is that Ideal Image doesnt make it possible to request her for all future appointments! I would love to be able to do that! Thanks so much Janet, you were amazing!

The last technician that provided laser removal seems stressed. She does not seem happy and I wonder if your organization supports self-care for their employees. It seems as though the leadership in your organization allows for sale associates to make deals that are deceptive and the technicians and administrative assistants are left to deal with clients that have distrust in your organization. Resulting in both defensive and combative attitudes. It is unfair treatment to your employees and customer base because it eliminates the trust factor. Trust is what keeps clients returning.

My experience at the Ideal Image Lakewood was great. I received Volbella injections, and my technician was informative, professional and friendly. The facility was spotless, and all the staff were great. I will definitely book future services!

She made me comfortable even though it was painful

I went for a laser hair removal touch up from a full removal ten years ago. They blatantly missed a few spots and I called several times to just get those spots fixed by the laser and they never called me back. It’s a very expensive procedure ($300+) to miss spots and then not even call me back. I have had hair removal done before so I know what it is supposed to look like.Edit: So I emailed customer service immediately per request and received a call from the practitioner who had done my treatment and she was upset I wrote a review and told me that I shouldnt complain because its not unusual for spots to be missed. (We are talking about one inch patches here) I was shocked and thought that was a rude call because she seemed to scold me and offered no solution except to tell me her manager (who is never on site) would call me. It has been almost a week and no call.

My technician is always great unfortunately the front office staff has always been lacking

I arrived at my appointment for bbl after months of waiting for availability to find out that I can not get it due to the fact that I possibly had melasma. There should have been some screening process to determine that I was not eligible for the treatment before arrival at my appointment

I loved my nurse this time! She was awesome. Im not exactly comfortable around people normally, with clothes off and a delicate area being lasered, Im even less so. But my nurse was kind, and funny, and totally made me feel at ease. Im very happy with the results so far as well.

I received my first botox injection and boy am I happy!I am 44 and have never done this. I have many girlfriends that do but I have always been to scared and nervous. I always thought it would be Murphys law that something horrible would happen like the whole right side of my face would droop. The staff at Ideal image were amazing. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions and consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling. They told me what to expect and how it might start feeling 2-10days later. Now ladies I have been married 17years so the wrinkles and deep grooves in my forehead were pretty pronounced, now you can barely see them. I am a believer. I have always hated how it seemed that one of my eyebrows was higher than the other, I was not expecting this to be fixed and they both seem higher now. I am so happy I am giddy.Thank you Ideal Image and Thank you to their nurse Marissa who calmed my nerves. I will be back!

Staff is professional and compassionate, simultaneously. They are generally warm and friendly and make you feel at ease during an occasionally uncomfortable procedure. The overall experience was very good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I would give this place a 10 however, I think its a little pricey and I just wish you could pay as you go instead of being locked into a 14-16 month payment. Other than that, the service is fantastic! I love my results!

I signed up for services and no one called me, I called to schedule and left two voicemails with no call back. I reached out to Brenda who signed me up and told her that I was going to cancel as I cant even get a hold of anyone. She had the manager call. I spoke to Mandy in management, she assured me she would follow up with me the next week. No follow up, called her was told by McKayla that she would call me back. Waited two days, no call back. Called again and was told she was in a meeting and would call me back...... again no call back. Then I get a bill in the mail. The bill is accruing interest (Brenda told me that it was 18 months of no interest when I signed up). So called again to speak with Mandy and was again told she would call me back. Everyone is very friendly over the phone but the lack of professionalism and communication is frustrating. I am not one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all ( I created an account today to share ). The services are costly, the ability to use these costly services is near impossible. I would really consider spending this much money to have no follow up or opportunity to get in. Hopefully with this review I can have someone reach out or assist me with these on going issues. I noticed there were others who had the same issues, I wish I would have known before my original phone call.

My information wasn’t updated so my appointment was cancelled and an old number was notified. however the wonderful provider at my location knew we were driving from far away and squeezed me into the schedule on that day. i really appreciated that the drive me and my mom made wasn’t for nothing.

I had the BBL treatment and loved the results. But I have had such a problem making an appointment. They need to be a month apart and they had none at the Belmar office. So I have been calling and leaving messages and I was really getting upset that no one called me back and I could never reach a live person. Yesterday I hit the gold pot. I reached Liz who was here for the week to fill in. Not only could I reach her on the phone but she listened and promised to figure it out. I was thinking I probably won’t hear back. But first thing this morning she called me she found me an April appt which no one else had been able to do. She made sure it was 30 days before a May appt I had at another location. She also texted me the info. She was so kind and sweet and really went out of her way to help me. I wish we could keep her. So THANK YOU LIZ! Your the best!!!!
