On top of being the most clean & fully equipped gym I have ever been too, the trainers and staff are always welcoming and friendly! They push you to become the best version of yourself. They’re very knowledgeable in their profession and no limits as time wise since it’s open 24 hours! You have your own space and equipment is in good condition and always available. Recommend this gym to everyone!

Best GD gym around! Everything you need for bodybuilding, powerliftng, or general fitness. Theres even heavy, kick, and speed bags for you to use between sets. Awesome community of which Dave (the owner) is no small part. He also does individual or group training sessions if thats your jam.

This gym is small, but has just about any exercise equipment you would really need. They are open 24 hours a day, and they also have a stereo that you can hook media devices to and jam out while you break a sweat. They have free weights and resistance machines, and also offer training.

I love the staff here. They take care of their gym equipment. Always clean!

Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! They know how to correct form to avoid injury. Classes are fun and engaging.

High Road has a great atmosphere. Its never too crowded and the people that exercise there regularly have gym etiquette that doesnt exist at most other gyms. Owner is a friendly guy that is present and interactive with members, I recommend this gym for people looking to escape the bureaucratic world of large chain exercise complexes.

Everything you need in a gym and nothing you dont.

The gym has the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered and make you feel like family. As for the most important part of a gym, they have every piece of equipment you could ever imagine. There is so much space for workouts and aerobics, and their coaches are very experienced in their work. Would definitely recommend!!

Great little gym. Amazing value given its 24/hrs and has all the necessities. I left planet fitness because they got rid of all the squat racks and I couldnt be happier with high road. Nice people too

This gym packs a punch for its size. The 24 hour access is awesome. It has tons of weights, boxing gear, a sprinkling of cardio, and an excellent vibe. Big bang for your buck!

Best gym ever. Lots of free weights great equipment even better community. 24 hours its like your own personal gym. The owner David is really cool and nice too, Jersey is really friendly too. Feels more like a family community. You can also connect your phone to the speakers and play your music. Punching bags are a huge Plus too and its almost never crowded which is the best part. Also if you like to just work out do your thing without anyone bothering you its perfect. Really laid back. Recommend for anyone looking for a gym without crowds.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have used this twice on days my gym was closed..you pay for the day online..you get a text with the door code..and lift when ever you want!

This place is awesome! It has everything you need for lifting and you rarely have to wait for equipment. The people are really down to earth, super friendly and both Dave and Emi are incredibly welcoming. 24/7 and you cant beat the price.

Last month I was on vacation in Denver and needed a place to lift. After contacting the owner, it was easy to get in for a small fee and have a good workout. The fellow lifters were friendly, there were plenty of racks and equipment. Thanks for having me!

I love the 24 hour access. Place can get crowded when they have classes but for the most part its pretty dead. I love lifting here as they have everything you need! The Trainers are all super awesome too - reach out to one if you need some guidance! Lift heavy, re-rack, leave. 💪👊✌

Dave and High Road Gym are fantastic. He eliminates the frills of other large gyms, and seeks to create a great community of people pursuing a healthier lifestyle together. Dave doesnt hesitate to do the right thing and not once did I feel like he was trying to make a quick buck.I would suggest this gym to anyone.

Ive been a member here for over 3 years. This a great gym for lifters. There is some cardio equipment (only one treadmill) but it really shines in free weights and power racks. The owner, Dave, will talk your ear off and also lead group workout classes throuout the week. Unlike many gyms, Ive never felt judged or been treated rudely. Members run the gauntlet of lifting experience from beginner to seasoned gym rat. I rarely wait for equipment and members are always polite and responsive if I ask to work in. 24 hour access for $19 a month. $39 includes unlimited guided group workouts. Personal training offered as well. This is a great lifting gym with a solid community behind it.
