This place is horrible. I got my iPhone rear back glass fixed and they ruined my whole phone. I had problems with it when I got it back such as, my Face ID camera was disabled, my SIM card stopped working and my power button did not work. They also did not glue it correctly because my screen was popping out and even came out at one point. I had to squish it back together. Overall horrible place and had to buy a brand new phone because it was never the same and feared of it getting worse. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your money on a new phone.

Daniel the tech helped me with my screen twice came in broken once and brought it back for a minor issue and they took care of me price was good and service was fast and he knows what hes talking about. Thank you guys really appreciate it

I dropped my iPad while I was up on a ladder installing a security camera. The glass front completely shattered. Originally I went to Best Buy and was quoted $250 and it wouldnt be ready for a week or two because they would send it to Apple. I thought I might as well replace it for that price, but I hadnt had any issues with my iPad aside from glass on the screen, so I decided to call The Fix and they quoted me $96 and it would be done either the same day or the next day.I got my iPad back that evening about an hour before the mall closed. I think it took maybe 5 hours because he had done repairs ahead of mine. I havent had any issues since. The screen feels like it might be a little thicker, there is a deeper recess to press the home button, but it doesnt bother me. If I didnt tell you though, you wouldnt be able to tell the screen was replaced. Now I can hopefully use my iPad for a couple more years.

Sloppy workmanship on repairs. I had a new ph that fell out my pocket and cracked the glass. Celine damaged my phone prying the glass off without the proper tools, then tried to tell me she didnt damage it. Even though Im looking at it. In my face she tried to say it wasnt damaged. She argued to defend herself instead of apologizing. It was like pissing on me and telling me it was rain water. I dont recommend this place.

I fixed my iPhone 11 and I went at 4 when the technician was suppose to be there and he didn’t get there till 5:30 and I waited and they messed my phone because the back doesn’t work and I went to fix my screen and they said they “can’t do anything about it sorry” and I fixed that same day with them. DO NOT FIX YOUR IPHONES HERE!!!!

This place was great. The service was amazing. The young man that fixed my Note8 was an exceptionally awesome young man. Great customer service, good conversation, not to mention he didnt skip a beat while fixing my phone, during conversation. This is my spot now for phone fixes Im will be going back here. I put 4 stars only cause my speaker when putting the phone e to my ear sounds horrible now. 😔 but even so I also use other means of having a conversation. I have never really trusted smart phone fix it stores until I came here. I walked in and couldnt help but notice how organized, clean, and professional the store was. Went in to have iphone battery replaced and it turned out a couple screws were loose inside. Chris was awesome and didnt charge me for the simple fix. Will definitely be going back for any future repairs. Highly recommend

PLEASE READ!!I had a terrible experience. I got my screen fixed here, and my phone stopped charging 2 weeks after. I brought it in and they said they would fix it. They put in a new battery, but after they were done there was a dark spot on the screen. They took off the screen to clean it because when they put in the new batter, they were careless and let everything move around on the inside. Then, after the finally fixed the screen, the home button stopped working. After waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes, and after they broke my phone even more and told me to come back another day because they wanted to go home, they finally fixed it. I thought everything was fine until 5 minutes later when I got to my car. When I plugged it in, it didnt charge. So I was right back where I started, except now I lost $50 for the new battery. Fast forward to the next day, I brought in my phone at around 12 and they said everything would be working when I returned. I got back at around 2:30, and it wasnt fixed. I asked for a refund and put my receipt on the counter. The person working there said yes. He got out his Android and told me he was calling his boss. He ended up calling mall security, and said I was being violent. The mall security officer had common sense, so he arrived he immediately took my side. He pulled me to the side and told me to get my receipt and go to the mall offices to speak with the GM. He asked the person working there to see my receipt, so I could get a refund. However, the receipt was no where to be found. The person working there had thrown it away when the officer was talking to me and expected to get away with it. I spoke with the GM of the mall, and she told me this isnt the first complaint theyve gotten. Big surprise. Im still working on being refunded, Ive had an awful experience there, the customer service is the worst, and they dont do a good job replacing your screen, and worst of all, my phone is completely broken now, solely due to the fact that they cannot fix a screen, much less operate a business.

I was debating to buying a screen protector replacement because my current one was obviously damaged, but instead i called a few repair shop to inquire about screen protector because i had a spare. Chris offered to service my note 8 for free.. i just saved myself 60 bucks because i only trust 1 screen protector brand(whitestone dome note 8). Chris manages the shop and he REALLY does put the customer first for his reputation. This is what i look for as a customer. I gotta say i rarely go to repair shops because i take good care of my phone, this is the first repair shop and will be the only place i will go to from now on. Thanks for the excellent service and for hooking it up for free man.

Horrible customer service! I called asking for pricing and information for screen repairs needed for My iPhone10S. Theyre open until9pm, I made the call @ 7:15pm Thursday evening. The gentleman who answered the phone was obviously trying to get me in the door rather than answering questions over the phone. The quoted prices were ridiculously high compared to other repair shops in the area. I was asking why the prices varied and which screen does what and the cost of that particular screen and the man was short, and had an attitude. He was trying to get off the phone and was pushy that I should just come into the store and well help

Dropped off my tablet to get repaired they told me 1-2hrs went by and nothing after receiving my tablet this guy named dan the repair tech was whinning and complaining about my Ipad like if my Money Wasnt worth it i did pay to get it repaired. Afterall the ipad buttons wasnt even working and when i dropped it off it was working and didnt close my tablet the right way. And thats not all the plastic from the new screen was still on under the glass Shitty service!!!

Got my phone fixed by Christian today great service great prices great costumer service

Not the greatest repair but at least it was done. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy s8 to have a stuck sim tray fixed but I guess I wasnt sure how it was supposed to look like after. They made me sign a paper that if anything breaks I cant blame them for the damage they caused. They took the back glass out so they can take the tray out, after that the sim card was mangled but still working. After the job was done they didnt have the sim card tray so I had to buy a new one at Amazon for $4.50. Also the back glass is slightly bulging out. I would only use this place as a 2nd choice after best buy from now on.

READ!!The man running this place scams people and does not care about customers. I went to return a case and the man took the receipt, threw it away and refused to give refund. There are so many better places to go to other than this one. What happened is against the law and is not the first time this store has done this.
