Bernard is a life saver!! I was in a hurry to get my laptop fixed. He spent his SUNDAY afternoon working on my laptop. Thank you so much Bernard!! My laptop is working like a brand new. Im so glad I contacted him. He definitely know what he is doing. When I first contacted him, I sent him an error message that kept showing and he can tell right away on how to fix it. Once I arrived at this office, he had the part ready to start working on my laptop. He called me back within the same week to follow up and gave a suggestion on how to prevent the same issue including what should be installed in addition. His contact number is underneath my laptop just in case I have any issues again. So far its been about 3 weeks and my laptop is still working great. I am HIGHLY recommended Bernard!

Dropped my laptop off at Compu Smart at 9am and it was fixed by 3pm!This was a long ordeal for me initially as I took it to Best Buy a month ago. The Week Squad, I mean Geek Squad told me the computer was no good and he could not do anything to fix it. I didnt believe it so I went to another Best Buy. They kept the computer for 2 weeks and ultimately could not fix the problem completely. They put in a new hard drive and returned it with screws missing and the keyboard broken.The last issue I had was the battery was not being recognized. I went back to the original Best Buy I had visited and another technician said.... ( wait, Im not going to call these people technicians because they dont fix anything, they give bad advice and give it back to you in worst condition) sorry, rant over. Anyway, the guy at Best Buy said he could not fix it.This is when I found Compu Smart. Wish I would have known about them before the Best Buy nightmare.If you want your computer fixed properly, Raul is your guy!5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!

Took my MSI laptop in for repair and got it back good as new the next day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for their computer or laptop to be repaired !

Have taken my computers to Raul for years. He is quite knowdgeable and reliable. Usually get them back same day. He does house calls, although Ive always gone to his shop

Raul is pretty much the best person to see if you have any computer needs. I contacted him about a failing hard drive in my PC and he was able to upgrade me to an SSD drive as well as fix some other minor issues I was having with the PC. 5 stars from this satisfied customer.
