I have been a franchisee owner with Jan Pro for over 4 years. When I first started I was excited about owning my own business and having support from Jan Pro staff. My Operational managers would check in to see how I and my accounts were doing, did I have any questions or concerns. Being new to this type of business I appreciated that support from them.I have given 3 stars as the support I got in the beginning had stopped and the only time I hear from a Operational manager is when there is an issue.I feel Jan Pro is a good starting point to get your feet wet in business ownership, there support is lacking in many ways!

We have been working with Jan Pro for several years at many of our locations. We have been very pleased with the quality of work and the affordability for our Non-Profit. One of our Operations Consultants, Rob T, always goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He responds at all times when something is needed and is always delivering the highest level of customer service. Rob has been hands on since day one and often checks in to make sure all needs are being met! We would recommend Jan Pro for your cleaning needs, no matter how large or small. Ask for Rob, he will make sure you are taken care of!

Me and my husband had signed up to do a franchise with JAN-PRO, things were going good until my husband was offered a job in another state. We contacted JAN-PRO to see if we can get our money back that we had invested in to our franchise, keep in mind, we hadnt gotten any contracts yet, it had only been two weeks. It felt as if it was a big deal deal and almost impossible to get our refund. We got SOME of our money back. After we went and received our almost to nothing check, we did more research on the company and its a great company to help you start, they make it seem like you own your franchise and its your company doing the cleaning HOWEVER, while you are working with your contract, you are to wear a JAN-PRO shirt, not your company name. Everything goes back to JAN-PRO. They come and check your work. Nothing is really in your name or your company. Its all JAN-PRO. It felt as if you were employees of JAN-PRO. Please, do your research before signing up. There is other franchise companies that I would look into before picking JAN-PRO.**UPDATE** CHANGED FROM TWO STARS TO ONE****Yesterday, my husband got a phone call from JAN-PRO, asking if he knew that I had left a not so nice review and that I took to social media. It felt as if Tom was trying to tell dad on me. Then they proceeded to ask him if he could talk to me and tell me to delete my review. We werent upset at first, but now we are. I think it is incredibly absurd and ridiculous that he received such a phone call like that. Instead of trying to figure out a way to get our entire investment back or come to a solution, we get asked to delete my review. Which I will not be doing. To me and my husband, that is incredibly unprofessional for Tom.And to the response on my review, why would we have to come back to Colorado to get our initial investment? I guess we are kind of confused as to why we could not get our money back now instead of god knows when. Our card was charged for all fees. What upfront cost were there that we werent charged for and that cost half our investment?Now I will definitely say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO START A FRANCHISE WITH!!

My company switched to Jan-Pro a few months ago hoping for better quality cleaning and our expectations have been exceeded! Corinthians is our franchise owner and he has been wonderful! Our office has not been this clean in years! Jan-Pro will work with your companies needs and requests and they are truly there for their customers!

It took a few weeks to get on the same page as what is expected. Mason took care of all problems that we had the next day. I believe he had to let some of his crew go because of the quality that they were producing. I will be honest with the quality of work going forward. I was very happy with how he took care of the issues promptly.

I took over as facilities manager on the first of the year. My expectations were higher then my predecessor. Jeffory our operations consultant worked with franchise owner and me to get things right. Then we had the Covid shutdown. Having them go through our building with EnviroShield and Endure were key to us reopening safely. With the new demands for safety we have worked up a new plan for the future. Im very happy with where we are going. Thanks for your hard work.

Do not trust Jan Pro in Fort Collins for your cleaning. We caught their cleaning crew going into a Covid-19 isolation clinic with a mop from their van!!! They used the same mop at other places that they used in a Covid-19 clinic. The worst part is weve told them MULTIPLE times they have to use the equipment we provide so we know whats coming into the clinic and nothing is going out.

Save yourself time and headaches: GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! PLEASE!Terrible customer service. Less than promised cleaning. The cleaning crews are nice, but incapable. The contract makes you jump through tons of hoops when their crews dont do what was promised. You basically have to stay on top of the crew AND the admin at the office. I have my own job to do, which is why I hired someone to clean our facility. I dont want to have to spend my time every week telling people to do what is already in their contract to do. Oh yeah, and expect to be STUCK in a contract for the entire year, even if they dont do what they said they would. Dont do it.

Failed to show up to clean 5 times in one month. Still sent us a bill anyway. Even a week later after I terminated their service, they failed to reply or to RETURN OUR ACCESS CARDS. I have reported the cards to the police.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have never had a more annoying experience with a company. Over the past few years, they have cold-called our office incessantly. I have spoken to the owner/manager directly multiple times asking him to remove us from his call list. Despite these direct conversations, they are STILL CALLING - AND ITS THE SAME PEOPLE!! Ive never used their services, but if they take cleaning instruction like they handle their sales process, Id be worried about allowing them into my home or office. So frustrating!!
