Ronnie is Great! Highly recommend him. On time, does great work, and very reasonable compared to the franchise companies. We had a tenant leave some white carpet in a hideous state and he was able to clean it.

Ronnie did a great job cleaning my carpet on my main floor. Very respectful about making sure his shoes and equipment are clean so they dont leave marks after cleaning. Lets you know what to expect upfront. Pays attention to detail and does great work.

Dont waste your time. The Carpet Guy, as he calls himself, cannot follow directions. He will call you and say, I cant find your house, even though you sent him very crystal clear directions!! The very same directions I have sent to at least a dozen people who have complemented me on the directions I sent them. He claims, I dont use text message.

I called Ronnie on a Tuesday afternoon. He pulled his car over to take my call and was cleaning my carpets by Wednesday morning- at half the rate of anywhere else I looked! My carpets look amazing and smell amazing. Will definitely call Advance to clean them again.

Ronnie is great. He arrived on time and took extra time to work on some difficult areas. He stretched an area that was looking horrible and it came out great. He took great care to put plastic on the deck where he let dry the cushions from the sofa and loveseat he cleaned. He charged what he quoted me and Id use him again in a heartbeat.

On-time, professional, and a quality cleaning at a reasonable price. Ronnie, the owner, cleaned the carpet in an apartment that my wife and I were moving out of. I was amazed at the stains that came out that I thought were permanent. This was literally the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. Needless to say, we got our entire cleaning deposit refunded from the apartment management. I have used other major companies to clean my carpet before, and they were much more expensive and did an inferior job compared to Advanced Carpet Cleaning. You can tell why Advance Carpet has been in business for over 30 years in Colorado. Keep up the good work!

Save your time, dont call Advance Carpet Cleaning! I tried to set up an appointment for The Carpet Guy (which is how he addresses himself) to come look at my loveseat and chair because he wanted to see what fabric it is. He didnt keep his appointment, called and said I am on my way over 2 hours early. I had to drop what I was doing, rush home to meet him. I sent him a text message with directions. The Carpet Guy said, I dont deal with text messages. He said he could not find my house. Hello Carpet Guy! Its the early 2000s calling. Text messages have been around for well over a decade. I know you have a cell phone otherwise you would not have been able to call me while you were driving!The Carpet Guy sounded like a hustler and not a professional! I am glad I didnt use him!!A scammer? No. Would a scammer take the time to reply to your reply? Who has time for that. However, a potiential customer who you lied to and who hopes others will not contact you for you services, that I have time for.Why did it take you 3 months to reply to the review? “Your good reputation,” you say?! What reputation? You read the review, right? Its all true.Don’t hire this guy, not only does he not keep his appointment, now he is a liar!
