It was okay serviceStaff friendly. I asked for some extra wipe down on seats and pointed out specific areas of concern. I picked it up and some was still there. They said it is just a wipe down. Im thinking $20+ bucks for just a basic wipe down?I went and bought armor all cleaning wipes. Wiped over the areas again and they were gone. So either they are my putting effort into doing a good job or didnt quite bother to wipe it down at all. Not sure which. Points for offering to redo but I was on a hurry. Photos show the stain/spot after their wipe down the following photo shows after my wipe down.

Ive used Classy Chassis for detailing several times over many years on a few vehicles and have always been satisfied with results. This time around was even better in that I stopped by to inquire about detailing, and met with the detailing manager. He listened to what I wanted, inspected the vehicle & gave a quote. At the appointment, which was several weeks out (busy business=good business) he once again reviewed vehicle prior to service to ensure we were on the same page. When I returned to p/u vehicle, another gentleman reviewed vehicle with me to ensure my satisfaction. CC aims to please & will continue to be my go to detailing service.

I have a monthly debit draft which allows as many washes as you wish. Along with the monthly you receive extended feature and hand dry, tire shine and vacuum inside at certain times. It really pays if you run the car through more than twice a month.

I really want to believe when you pay over $50 for a car wash and vacuum that they would pay attention to the details. Ive been here several times and every single time there is something missed. Cup holders are left un-vacuumed, surfaces left un-wiped, the latest, which has me leaving this review, my windshield wasnt even wiped on the inside!

Made an appointment then they called to cancel and rescheduled. Unfortunately their lack of professionalism did not enter the appointment. 2 strikes and they’re out. Never will I ever go back to them nor encourage anyone else to use their poor service. No wonder they’re terminating detail appointments

Ive been to this car wash 3 times. Its close to where I live, and thought it would be convenient. I paid for their premium wash for $26. For this price youre supposed to get the works. Wax, undercoat, hand dry, shiny wheels, brake dust protection, etc. For the most part my truck is thoroughly cleaned. However, for some reason the back of my truck, the wheels and tires, and some of the lower portions have been missed all 3 times Ive gone. At other car washes Ive gone to have done a thorough job for the their to dollar priced wash which includes the same things. The biggest difference is the other car washes do whats offered for the premium price I paid. Ive never had to finish the job after driving away. The other car washes have employees clean the areas that the wash itself cant reach, or normally clean. Their employees clean the wheels, tires, back window, and back of my truck bed prior to going into the wash. Here, the 3 times Ive gone wasnt done once. At the other car washes after going through the wash, my truck is thoroughly dried to a beautiful shine. My back window, the back of my truck, including the top of my back bumper, are free of dirt, and soap residue. My wheels, and tires look shiny and brand new. At this car wash Those items are not done the same. All 3 times Ive had to take care of it myself. The wheels and tires are not cleaned thoroughly. Brake dust, and dirt were always on the wheels and tires. Ive had to clean them over again, and shine the wheels myself when I get home. I have a black on black truck (black truck, black wheels) so missed areas of the truck are very noticeable, including the back of my truck. Ive had to clean over those too. I dont use my truck bed, and have a liner in it, but Ive had to clean the top of my back bumper every time. I have also had to clean my back window including the areas around it.

I used their touchless car wash a few times. I really liked how good it made the paint look. However, there was some oxidation on my window trim (Tesla Model 3). I reached out to their management and they were very receptive to my issue. I brought the car into to their main office and they were very courteous and took the time to not only fix my issue, but also throw in a hand wash to boot. Ive come to learn that the oxidation is primarily due to some shortcuts in the Teslas vehicle production. Ill continue to use them and recommend to all. Thanks!

Pretty good. I paid extra for a towel dry by hand. Seems the girl doing the drying wasnt really into it. Needs to slow down and focus on what shes drying. I paid extra for the service. Dont be in such a rush, because you missed a lot of places that I have to do over. Take pride in your job. Unlike many, at least you have money coming in.

The guy doing my detail had a rude attitude and actually screwed up the spoiler on my car. Idk what the hell he did but he literally broke my small spoiler off. His first words when speaking to him were “you’re not expecting perfection right?” .... The girls working inside were nice and attentive. This is my honest review

I dropped off my car for the day and was told it would be finished, and it wasnt, I had to reschedule for a week later, and it still wasnt right. Thats when I noticed that my drivers side fender had a dent. I was told that my car was parked. By the vacuum, and another Customer backed into it. They are giving us a complete run around. It has been a month and 2 days and they wont return our calls, . Correct me if Im wrong but am I supposed to contact the individual who hit my car. Or is it on the company where my car was left at, ?????????A guy by the name of Eric who is I guess a manager, seems to be avoiding me. I call and leave messages, and we dont get a call back.I wouldnt recommend their services to anybody. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional Management. And poor quality of work

Come here often to get my car cleaned. They can really do everything here coffee, oil change center, car wash and apparently hand washes! Great customer service and company overall. However Classy Chassis you really need to hire more staff. You’re car wash people are amazing and professional (fast too) but there only ever to be like 5 people up front and they look like they are struggling.every time I come in it seems like you only have one receptionist. Definitely not complaining customer service is amazing and I enjoy watching her work the desk (multitasker trust me). However every see anyone else up there.

I tipped the tunnel $10 to rinse around my vehicle so that the brush wouldnt drag the dust and dirt around the body and scratch it, and they sprayed just the hood and went ahead with it anyway. Be careful if you have a higher end vehicle that you would like to keep scratch-free.

First time getting my car cleaned here and the staff was very friendly. I got the basic full service and they did a good job vacuuming and wiping the inside of my car. I will be back!

I paid $153 to have my car detailed and hand washed. It looked better but there was still mold in and on my car, in the gear shift, glove box, stereo, door crevices and under the outside mirror and under the fender. I don’t think they cleaned my trunk because there was a piece of plastic still there. I spent another 30 minutes cleaning it. When someone went out with me to show me my car and l pointed out these things he did not offer to clean them or apologize.

They did a pretty good job, but definitely room for improvement especially for the cost.

This is what a full detail that cost $150 looks like this. Was not satisfied with the staff. After over 4 hours. my car was done at 3:30 and didn’t get a call till 420 I had called to check when my car would be done and sat on hold for over 15 minutes when they had me look over the car this is what it looks like I am completely unsatisfied and I’ll have to reschedule an appointment to come back for another four hours without my car .no apologies were given and there was no manager on site hoping the management will take care of this so I can leave a satisfied review.

Not the place to take your truck for a hand wax. Went to pick it up and there was still wax on it. It looked like some spot didnt even get wax at all. You think if you pay for the service it should be done right. My husband complained and they said they fix it. After another 20 min it still wasnt done right. Will not go there again!!

Service was great. They explained all the things that were done. I had no problems after service like I have found after other companies. I had the oil serviced after an engine flush and everytime went well.

Inside dashboard corners dusty all around windows in corners film back window not has drips. Outside has spots all over hood truck has dirt spots all over bottom of truck doors and in center of truck doors. Bed of truck not washed out, floor mats not scrubbed with brush and have dust between grooves outside door steps have dirt on them. Dont know how they can do a wax job over the top of dirtdoor jambs dirty and black rubber not vacuumed out

This was my first time at this business today, and I have to say I am so impressed with the customer service I received today! I unfortunately did not have time to get a wash for my vehicle but I went inside their lobby area and was immediately greeted by such a cute and smiling receptionist Libby! I came in to get a gift for a friend who frequents here often and was unsure of what to get her, but Libby was so sweet and walked me through the packages they offer and that whatever I would like to gift her I could just put on a gift card! It was so easy and the whole time she had me smiling and laughing with her bubbly personality! I will definitely be coming back and next time actually get my car cleaned!!

Wow. So we paid for a premium wash, waited in line, and when it came time to go through the wash, it didnt do the wax, the tire shine, or even the rinse!! As you can clearly see by the soap. Then, we were told we could just go through again, but by this time there were 8 cars ahead of us!! So, at this point, we just wanted our money back, and to go somewhere else! But nope. They REFUSED to give us our money back, when we did not receive the services we paid for! What a JOKE. Is this really how you run your business! Then, as Im sitting there, while my husband was inside, a worker comes over and starts drying our car with towels. Smearing the soap into my paint. Dont support a company that is unreasonable and doesnt refund you, when they were clearly in the wrong. PLUS, they actually made more money on us, because the wax and other additionals we paid for, never came out of the machine!You have lost a customer today and hopefully you guys get your act together.

For the price I paid, it was below average deep cleaning. I had to ask them to at clean the surface for it had not been clearly done. I literally had to clean off the chairs and surfaces myself. Not impressed never coming back.

I took my Truck in and it was damaged. I went back and reported it, filled out the paperwork and they havent contacted me since. The Wash was good. The Damage is Bad. Communication is Bad.Disappointed in the Management.

Its okay. Okay its me again and Im not really happy about their $3 extra charge for doing a small bit of cleaning in the interior of the car. The interior in my way of thinking includes everything within the inside of the car without going to the trunk and accessing that as a last part where the $3 charge might apply. In my way of thinking classy chassis is guilty of petty theft. Today the 4th of June I intended to get my car, a Kia soul, which is a hatchback with no outside trunk access. Everything is comprised of one interior space and they were going to charge me three extra dollars to do the inside of the backspace which is technically and in actuality the interior of the car. I know three extra dollars to a large company taken out of my pocket doesnt seem like much to them but as an elderly person on a fixed income I take it as a personal affront that they can get so technical about what comprises the inside in in the outside of a car space. Theyre dead wrong in this instance and if its more important for them to make an extra $3 off of an already pricey service then they can do without my business and I would not recommend them to anyone if they really have any sense of fairness. The last time I was in and submitted the first review stating it was okay I retract that and add on that they do a lousy job on the Windows. They use the dirty rag and smeared it worse than they were before I took the car in for their service. It seems like if theyre going to charge people $3 extra for doing what is their responsibility to do thats included in the charge that they could afford to use clean rags. Get a grip classy chassis and appreciate your clientele more so than you do and stop being so preoccupied about making an extra buck.

Went to have my car given the express package, which as advertised, says this includes shampoo and interior work. Thats all I needed, along with a basic car wash. The guy in the lot told me well our express isnt really a detailing service like our actual professional detailing.So buyer beware, either your detailing isnt actually professional, or these guys are just trying to get you in the door with a low sticker price on the website just to upsell you.

I come here every week to get two cars detailed after an oil change for the company I work for. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. With the weather warming up theres a little wait occasionally for the interior cleaning but its always worth it. Theres a coffee hut on site with cheerful baristas who will make you smile while brewing your drink.

The only reason that I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the kids doing the work were very nice and they were busy today. I ordered the complete Express detail with shampooing of the mats and seats for $84.99. The seats were only shampooed down the middle. They totally ignored the edges of the seats. Vacuuming was only half done. The floor between the seats wasnt even touched, and all the floor mats were in the wrong spot. They snap into place in specific spots. I had to remove and put them all back in correctly. Wont be back.

I was not very happy with the quality of service that they provided. I paid for the auto detailing and when I receive my vehicle there was still crumbs in the cupholder. And on all of the door side compartment. They didn’t even wipe it down or move anything.None of the stains were removed or even attempted to be removed so I found it rather disappointing I will not be using their services anymore

Self service vacuum station does not have enough suction !! Waste of time n money to detail your car yourself. Better off finding another self service vacuum station with better suction.

Their ultimate package doesnt even dry your vehicle. Im going back to Shur kleen they prewash, towel dry, and even dress your tires for the same price. UPDATE!!! I take back most of what I stated earlier. After going through the car wash (Classy Chassy) a few days after my first visit I noticed that my truck was much cleaner than when I had been using Shur Klean. My side steps are spotless as if I had done them by hand, also even my tonneau cover sparkles. And while my tires arent as shiny they are clean. The only draw back is that I do need to towel dry after as there is a bit of spotting on side mirrors and such.

Id been a customer for so many years and had no issue. I got a new car and they detailed it back in July and something tarnished the aluminum lining around my windows. Filed incident report and returned several times as well as left over 12 msgs and theyve yet to fix it. My new car was perfect before I went there and they took no accountability. Very dissatisfied.

I have been paying for unlimited ultimate car wash packages to include quarterly interior cleaning they always seem to have an excuse why they cant do it including according to the manager theyre tired poor business practice I can go to brown bear and get it done cheaper and still end up doing my own stuff anyway

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND CLASSY CHASSIS IN LAKEWOOD. I had a full interior detail with added mold removal done on my car at classy chassis in Lakewood. The car was evaluated before they started the cleaning and an extra $100 was paid to the initial detail price for mold removal. I paid almost $300 total. When I went to pick my car up it seemed great, smelled good, and looked clean. The next day the mold smell was back and as I started to use my car over the next week I noticed how many small spots were missed in cleaning and still moldy. The seat belts in the back still had mold. I could tell the parking break hadn’t even been touched on the side closest to the seat. I called to try to work something out with them, they apologized and kept asking me to bring my car back in. Unfortunately I dont have much time to play with and I explained to them I would rather receive a refund or partial refund than bring my car back because my car probably wouldn’t be clean the second time they touch it if they didn’t clean it well the first time. They said they understood that and were supposedly working to contact higher up powers to get me my refund. I played phone tag with a manager for weeks just to be left hanging with a car that’s still moldy and down almost $300. I’ve left multiple messages with multiple employees and still nothing. UNLESS YOUR CAR IS JUST SLIGHTLY DIRTY, I WOULD NOT TRUST CLASSY CHASSIS IN LAKEWOOD TO CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE. I trusted and paid classy chassis to make my vehicle safe from mold for me and my family and they’ve FAILED.
