First time there was probably the best hair cut I ever had. The next time I still got a good cut but the experience wasnt great because the girl who took care of me seemed to be in a bad mood and barley said two words and when I asked her to touch up a little spot at the end she was noticeably irritated. Cant knock em for that to much though.

I’ve been going here for the past 1.5 years and I love it. I’ve also never had an issue!I originally got my haircuts done by Brittany who has since moved to another location. She always did an awesome job and was fun to talk to!Then for a long time Kerri, one of the managers, cut my hair. She is outstanding and we always had lots to talk about! She has also recently moved on.Now I get my haircut by Amy and she’s just as brilliant! She goes out of her way to make my experience an amazing one and I look forward to every visit!From a simple “by name” greeting when I walk in, to the perfect touch ups after the shampoo wash, the VALUE you get here is second to none!!To the people complaining about wait times and being told to leave early...if you show up 30 minutes before close and there’s already 5+ people ahead of you...obviously they aren’t able to get you service. Also, check in online before hand...like an hour prior. That way by the time you get there, you’ll only be waiting a little bit if at all!Thank you Sports Clips for making me feel like an MVP!

Outstanding service - I made my appointment on line - first time going to this establishment, so I wanted to ensure I was ready. Waited the 10 minutes I expected, great service in the chair (Thank you Mandy!), and got out the shop in a little over 30 minutes. If you use the system - make the appointment ahead of time - this place is a whiz! GREAT!

I had the pleasure of receiving a hair cut and beard trim from Sara. She’s an absolute gem. Provided incredible service and was a blast to speak with. Having her service combined with Sports Clips prices is the best deal in with town.

If you have a beard. Only accept brittany. She is the assistant manager. She take the time to do it right. She has been making me perfect almost 2 years now. I couldnt give damn about anyone else. Call up, see if she is working, and select her when you get there. Its worth it

Love this place! A friend introduced me one day and i will continue to go here. A lot of these bad reviews seem to be for long wait times for walk ins. HOWEVER, one of the beat and main features about this chain is that you can check in online, and you don’t have to download the app if you don’t want to. There may be a small wait time once there in person, but to be able to get your name on the board and reserving your spot in line without even being there is terrific.

Busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had a hour wait. But the haircut and service were worth it. Sara cut my hair. She did a very good job, quickly and efficiently. She is also very pleasant to talk to.

I was always a bit nervous to go get my haircut at sportclips, but I recently went there and got my haircut by Alissa and it was awesome! She took her time and made sure my cut was perfect. She had great customer service which was a plus because I dislike just sitting there in silence. I recommended to my friends to go there and request Alissa for a haircut and I will definitely come back for a haircut by her. Thank you Alissa for making me beautiful...haha!

Walked in this place for the first time. Nice set up and decent atmosphere. I asked the lady how long the wait is and I was told 5 min. 15 min later, there was no one waiting in there but me. The 3 stylists were all to busy sweeping and playing on their phone, that I couldnt even get an acknowledgement say theyll be with me shortly. I dont know what kind of service this place runs, but if you plan on charging such an outrageous about for a cut you can at least give some customer service

The staff dont seem like bad people but they sort of dont give a s*** if you have a quality haircut or not. For what they charge you should be able to have a stylist give you a kick a** haircut. I could have went to an Asian shop for $7 sat their and watched sports and got the same generic haircut ordered a few drinks at a bar, go watch more sports and eat for the same price. My experience their 4xs because I thought Id give it a running chance is hurry, hurry, and only one that slowed the f*** down did a good job but I dont see her their anymore... $28 for a generic haircut is overpriced when you can go watch sports somewhere else for free. If you are a complete idiot you would love this place

Where to start..... Pretty much lost a layer of skin since she was treating the clippers like a straight razor, fade itself was fine though. They won’t let you get a card stamped if you have any discount (military or any other type). Best of all, it’s a base $25.00 haircut regardless if you get the upgrade which they try to push. And of course, you are suggested to pay a minimum $5.00 tip for every haircut.

My brother hates hair cuts and I wanted him straightened out before Thanksgiving so I took him here. Brittany did a great job, calmed down his fears and had him looking fabulous in minutes!!Definitely plan to come back, its obvious that she knows what shes doing. My brother needs haircuts twice a month to be within military regulation+this is soo much better than his own attempts!Grateful to Brittany for transforming my brother into appearing handsome again-love, love, love!🤗🙂☺️💚They have a discount for first time customers and also a military discount. Definitely recommend!

The ladies here listen to what style you want your hair done and actually cut it correctly. I have had a different person cut my hair almost everytime and havent been disappointed each time. The conversation is polite and professional or you can sit in silence after a long day.

Friendly staff. However, being located in a military community and asking for a basic medium fade with trim, I was left with a noticeable line (think bowl cut). The stylist clearly had no idea how to fade, and this isnt even just a military haircut currently, its a trendy style (team needs more training).I honestly went for the pampering aspect. When I went to the base barber to get my cut redone, she stated I have to fix Sport Clips cuts often. Stear clear Army guys.I will not be going back to pay such an amount for a haircut, frankly I could do myself.

Sport Clips is great. I can get the MVP treatment for the same price of just a regular haircut from any other place. And even without the MVP treatment, the staff really take their time with cutting your hair.

Walked in at 6:25 pm and they turned me away with two only two people in line ahead of me. Great business model. I will never again take my business here. I get wanting to go home to family but that’s like a restaurant closing early so they can clean.. Take business till close, then clean after you close!

This place is unprofessional, my husband went in for a hair cut he asked them what they do for customers with medical conditions, they had the nerve to ask my husband for a card to prove it, first off u dont always have a card for a medical condition secondly its a HIPPA violation you r not legally allowed to ask for that information, we will never go back to this place again.

I’ve been going to this spot for over a year. Today I was turned away at 3:50 because they close at 5pm and there were people waiting. The lady pointed to the screen and said, “see look..”. All I saw was that there was a 30min wait. You have now lost a good paying customer... pathetic. I could understand being turned away at 4:50. But over an hour before.

Sport Clips is the only place I will get my hair cut. Guy-savvy stylists is an underrated feature. Also, a haircut, shampoo, and massage is a fabulous deal for just over $20. This franchise is located on the West side of the Towne Center between Safeway and Coldstone with plenty of parking.

Went here because my usual barber had a huge wait time. Since it was my first time they gave me the MVP at a discount. The haircut was really good. It didnt feel hurried, the stylist took her time and and made sure to address every detail. After that came the shampoo and hot towle. The shampoo is in a separate section of the shop with low lighting and reclining massage chairs to provide a relaxing atmosphere. The shampoo and scalp treatment also made things very relaxing. So relaxing i almost fell asleep. Overall i was skeptical of a $38 haircut experience, but for $38 you can forget about the day and just relax for 20-30 minutes.

I have been going to this location since it opened and before that, to the Federal Way location. So, I have been supporting the local Sport Clips for quite a while. Angelic has always been my go to stylist, from Federal Way to Lakewood, but since she has left the store has taken a nose dive. The current manager shouldnt be anywhere near a customer service position, she is abrasive and rude. In my opinion, she is there for a paycheck and couldnt care less if there were customers or not. I have since gone in and asked for my punch card and will make the drive to Federal Way to see Angelic when I need a haircut or find a different establishment all together. Hopefully ownership will resolve this problem as it was a convenient location for me.

Great place for haircuts.

The people are nice and the cuts are good but their systems are jacked up and dont bring in enough people. I tried to check in online but the website wouldnt let and when i called they said they couldnt check me in. They said oh there is only one person here so it wont be long. Ive already been waiting an hour and still have another 45 to go. I wont be back, this BS isnt worth the wait or the ridiculous wait time

I didnt wait inside because i have 2 small hyper kids. When i went back in the ladies were so rude. Left me standing there feeling stupid, what kind of customer service is that? All I was asked was, are you waiting? I said yes in a respectful manner. Then she immediately walked away, so rude. Didnt even get to get a hair cut, because they were way too unprofessional.

I was looking for a new hairstyle and after reading their website I thought this is the place to go. For what they charge I figure you cant go wrong. I was mistaken, this place is horrible. The stylist was lazy and clearly was not interested in doing anything so I just asked her to shave my head. Trim my beard? Sure $5.00, I had to go home and shave my beard off. Horrible experience and I will not be back

So I have gone here for a few years now .. The staff when they oppened were very nice friendly and did great haircuts .. Well cant say the same anymore .. Went in today to get a haircut walked in two ladys just sitting in a chair they asked if I checked in online i stated no it would not let me .. They said ok grab a mask and check in .. I asked what about people with medical exemptions .. ? The one lady now getting up to sweep says do you have your paper ... I said what paper there is no paper and its against hippa for any other than the doc to ask for your medical info .. They weny silent so im standing there waiting for an answer .. The other lady now gets up and comes walking over with an attitude and says YOU HAVE TO PUT ON A MASK OR WE WONT CUT YOUR HAIR . I said ok ill put one on this time but Im going to post on S.M that you guys dony respect our rights ! She said well if theres going to be a problem we just wont cut your hair ! I through the mask and walked out ! I will never spend another penny here ! I will also be reaching out to corp.

Every time I come to this one you say you can’t take anymore customers. A business has hours, you are supposed to stay open until the last customer leaves. It doesn’t matter if a customer comes in at 3:30pm and you close at 5pm (which I did), or if a customer comes in at 4:59pm and your close at 5 pm. This is your job, you chose it. So stop bullshitting your customers and stop saying you closed when your clearly not.
