Ron is the best barber around. My fiancé and I stumbled upon his little shop while out and he was desperate for a haircut. Ron did such an amazing job with his fade and beard trim. He was so professional, kind, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. Gold, I tell you! Ron is a top-class barber and an even better human being. Hes got a little odds and ends market going in there too--my first cut I left with a record (Isaac Hayes soundtrack to Shaft, amazing), and my second trip netted me three hatchets! Who needs three hatchets? Me, apparently.

Been a loyal customer for more than 30 years. Mikes barbers are the best. They are friendly and give the customers what they ask for. I wont go anywhere else.

A small and humble place. Old fashioned. They may not have a lot in the ways of extra services, but if all you need is a simple haircut, you cannot be disappointed.

I’ve been going there for more than a decade. Mike still cuts hair, but only on Sundays. Both Mike and Ron are great. They follow all of the Covid practices. The shop is surrounded by two streets, a parking lot and a driveway. Pull into the lot and then the drive to wait your turn. When the car in front of you leaves, pull your car up, put on your mask and go into the shop.

Guess the name of the barber at Mikes Barber Shop...its Ron. He is a great barber and super friendly. I can see the parking lot from my front porch so I wait till there are no cars in the parking lot and walk down. Ron has been the only barber I have seen cutting hair so the line can get long. The cut is worth the wait, but I have the luxury of waiting and home and walking down.

Great old school walk in Barber Shop. Friendly service and excellent quality at a good price. They only do walk-ins.FYI-No phone in the shop so they focus on the customer. Not sure what the phone number on Google is.

I hadnt been to Mikes in years. I was recognized as soon as I walked in the door though. He gave me a great haircut and also gave me several Disney items to give to my family. Very pleasant visit and a truly good haircut on top of it. Hair cut was $15, which I feel is very priced. Make sure you tip your barber.

**Cash only**If youre looking for a standard haircut at a good price, this is the place to go. Walk in only, Ive never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. Weekend mornings tend to be much busier.With both barbers you definitely should be clear about what you want and if you arent pleased, say something and theyll help you out.They definitely specialize in type 1&2 hair.The shop is unique with an interesting collection of yard sale finds (Ron will sell you anything in that shop if you want it, he might even sell you his chair for the right price.) This isnt the shop to go if you want a third wave artisan barbershop with free craft beer and organic vegan beard oil, but if you need a simple cut fast, this is the place.Not sure about the poster mentioning homophobia. Ron and Mike are long time supporters of the LGBT community, but I could believe that they might use outdated terminology.

Mike and Ron were incredible. Great service and hospitality.Small simple little shop. The straight razor on the neck and around the ears made for a clean sharp cut. Cash only, but for $15 aint bad and looks good.

Went in to get a cut, used to go in when I lived in the neighborhood for about 2 years. Explained what I needed only to have my smock immediately removed with the explanation we dont do those high-style cuts.. Heres the thing:. He did that cut, with those exact instructions, for two years. I stopped going to this establishment due to bigoted and homophobic remarks by this barber, but my normal barber just shut up shop, and I figured the cuts were always fine, and I was in a time crunch. I hope, rather than believe, I wasnt shown the door because of a medial lisp, but I felt extremely uncomfortable and pushed out. Not recommended.
