This is my favorite little neighborhood spot for a haircut. The Korean ladies working here are friendly and professional and the line is rarely very long. The hot towel, shoulder massage, and neck razor shave are what I look forward to every time. Bring cash because there isnt an ATM or visible card reader.

They were a little rough with my 6 year olds head and he never complains about that. They only take cash and although the ladies working there were very polite, customers were just kind of there to them as they talked amongst themselves the entire time I was there. Its a little cramped with little to do while you waited unless you speak Korean, than you can watched TV.

I took my son to Sport Clips and Super Cuts before we tried Suns. We were treated like we were bothering them for showing up. We left both places. I decided to try Suns and Im so glad we did. They were so friendly and fun. They did a fabulous job on my 7 years old sons hair cut. He really dislikes getting his hair cut, but he thought they were fun because they fussed over making him feel special and they gave him a sucker. Ha! They turned our crumby morning around. They definitely have our business from now on

Best haircut Ive had in a few years, been back twice now. Always smiling, always helpfull, always ready to make the extra effort to make me look good.

The worst place to have your hair cut. I had long hair and asked to trim 1-3 cm and showed the picture of how I wanted it to be. She cut at least 15 cm, not even a BIT close to what I wanted. My hair are completely ruined, short, barely touching shoulders, and not even of equal length. Plus, it was really painful of how she moved my hair around and brushed, and then for some reason decided to give massage almost breaking my neck.

I will never go ba k to this place. I asked for a certain type of hair cut and the lady just continued to do what she thought she wanted to do. I asked for a bowl it style hair cut and I received a High fade. The two ladies their spoke very broken English. Cheep cut but did not listen to what I wanted and it could ha e been the a language barrier. I understand but I wont go back

I moved out of state and recently came back to Tacoma W.A. i have been comeing here for 10 years and the owner Gina is the most wonderful woman i have had cut my hair! She is so so nice and so sweet. She even gives you a back massagr at the end for free and a hit towel for your face! 10 out of 10 stars ! Suns barber is the best! And the price is right.

It was my first time at this barber shop so i decided to get a simple haircut ! I walked in and the two ladies were very charismatic and friendly. I sat down and requested to get a #5 on top and a #2 on the bottom. TWO SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS ! All you had to do is switch blades when you cut my hair from the top and when cut my hair from the bottom. these people ruined my hair ! Go to Yelp to see pictures of how bad they made my hair look... While the lady was cutting my hair i could hear the owner yell at her in their language. That was the first hint that they ruined my hair (UNPROFESSIONAL BARBERS) My second hint was that they offered me a free massage and head wash (Btw whatever was on that hair product gave me dandruff for about a month). What pissed me off was that i was charged FULL PRICE!!!! This place needs to close down or at least fire their barbers. Its sad that i couldnt give this place a negative -5 star review !

Ive gone there for about 10 to 11 years. Gina is my number one. She has cut my hair, beard, and has cut my wifes hair. Seen a lot of barbers come and go but she remains. As long as she does I will continue to go!

Before our very eyes she took out her tip n pocketed the difference of what the amount we pay moreTV always not in. a universal language so we can enjoy watching while we waitNEVER GOING BACK
