Awesome service at 3 am in The snow. We hit a tire rim in the middle of the road, and our roadside assistance didnt help after over an hour of waiting. So we took a chance and called marek. He got there faster than he told us he could, fixed it quickly, and charged us a very fair price. And was very pleasant and easy to work with. Appreciated this companys help and compassion in what seemed to be a hopeless situation.

Tonight Justin saved us from being stranded on the side of the road near target on the freeway in Lakeville the tire was ripped up and almost off the rim. He was such a sweetheart and very very thankful for him. Merrick‘s towing is Awesome!

Straight up smoking crack I needed a tow about 60 miles last time they charged me $150 about 6 months ago, today they want over $350, easy tow all highway. Questionable mechanics from past experience. I strongly recommending avoiding them.

Best towing and repair company ever! Following record-breaking low temps, we called Mareks to help us with a frozen/dead battery and tow. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. They responded immediately to our call and were very professional, prompt, and friendly. We will definitely hold on to their number to call first if we ever run into roadside trouble again. 100% impressed. This evening, as I went to pick up my kids from school, my car stalled on the way home. I had the flu, and we had two dogs in the car, as well as two kids and all of their school gear. My roadside assistance was of minimal help in locating support, yet I found Mareks towing on Google, we notified roadside assistance, and they were able to take the call. Roadside assistance told us it would be an hour and a half minimum wait, which was confirmed by Mareks, yet they suddenly showed up in less than 10 minutes because of their flexibility in route and understanding of our situation. Super grateful and highly recommended! John was professional, courteous and extremely helpful.

It was late at night and my son was on the side of the road with a flat tire. I was three states away feeling helpless. Mareks was amazing! They towed his vehicle, had a new tire on it by 8 a.m. and the price was more than reasonable! He didnt miss any work and was on the road in no time. We went through 3 other tow truck companies today who wanted to simply drag my car out of the garage and onto the flatbed. Im no car mechanic, but even I know that is a really bad idea and would likely cause damage to the drive train. A few got extremely upset with my wife when she stood her ground and said no. In any case, finally, our insurance company called Mareks and they sent out two customer-oriented guys who immediately showed us they knew what they were doing. They managed to get my car out of a single car garage without dragging it out. They worked with 1/4 of clearance (with all the gear connected to my car) and expertly guided it out. I HIGHLY recommend them...such a great team!

I have used Mareks Towing numerous times for both towing and repair. They have been a real life saver more than once. They were upfront about pricing on the phone and the bill was as I expected it to be. They were clean, pleasant and helpful, even recommending a great body shop for my vehicle. Most of all, they made me feel safe and secure when we needed a tow when my young child was with. We were in a semi-serious accident and everyone was pretty shaken up, they made us feel comfortable and helped as much as they could to get us one our way. The driver also explained to us what we needed to do to help move along the process to getting my car fixed up faster. I would recommend them to anyone and often do!

Terrible customer service. They were not helpful and they gave me wrong information which made the hassle of a car accident so much worse. I will never do business with them again. The only positive aspect of my experience with them was Chris the tow Driver, he was great.

Called around 2:30am because they are a “24 hour towing company” right? I told the guy my situation and he said he wouldn’t be able to do anything until after 9am.I really wish these towing companies would stop putting that they’re open 24 hours when they’re not..

They stole my car out of my drive way. I woke up in the morning, my car missing called police and was told that they towed it. I called them they told me that they towed it from goodville parking lot. ended paying thees crooks 0ver 300$ to get my car back . there explanation for the charge was 80 hooking up then for the 3 mile drive from the store to the lot . then there was gas it costed them to steal it of my drive way. at the end I would never trust these worthless A** h****!!!

BEWARE SCAMMERS This company should be put out of business. They take your money for no real work done with a smile on there faces and you end up taking your car to a real shop that knows what they are doing.
