AAA towed my car here and they quoted me about $1,300 for repairs. My car is hardly worth that so I told them I didnt want to go through with the repairs. Whe. I showed up to move my car from their lot, the gentleman was not very helpful and not very friendly. I think maybe it was because i chose not to spend the money there. Oh well! There are plenty of auto repair shops with a much friendlier staff

I called on a Thursday for an oil change - they got me in next day, I dropped my vehicle off to be worked on, Airlake gave me a ride to work which is nearby and I picked up my vehicle when I got off work! Super simple and super appreciated how great Airlake is to work with! (PLUS... Airlake supports local non-profit sports and activities! Yay, for community support of our young men and women!)

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Rude desk clerk from the moment I walked in. Well overpriced, and the estimate provided was sloppy and then they wanted even more money. Stay away. Too many on point, affordable and personable places to choose from.

Absolutely awesome place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do superb quality work and pay attention to the little things too. Example: my current vehicle is a Rav4 with automatic headlights that I took to them for the first time recently. Its the first time this vehicle has been serviced anywhere (I know the previous owners and they had given me a heads up about this) that the technician has not turned off the automatic headlights while servicing the car.I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends

Airlake fit me in the very next day (had to order a part) and their quote was the second lowest of about 5 others I got. Their customer service was fantastic! Everyone who I spoke with there was extremely personable and knowledgeable and really helped make me feel at ease during a stressful travel situation.
