I was looking for a repair shop to take my car after being rear ended. It was a difficult decision because of being concerned about the quality of work and being somewhat of a perfectionist. When my insurance agent suggested I should bring my car to Lemettry’s I was put off. They were a “preferred” auto body shop and I didn’t like that the agent wanted to steer me in that direction. I wanted to make my own decision. After checking out a couple of body shops I decided to bring it to Lemettry’s just for an estimate. I was impressed with the customer service and the assurance regarding the attention to the details. I decided to go ahead with the repair. It proved to be the best decision. Specifically: 1) The workmanship. My car turned out perfect! It looked brand new and the car was nice and clean on the inside BONUS! 2) Exceptional Customer Service. Todd Petersen was a class act. He was professional and kept me informed of the status of my car as it was being repaired. So despite it seeming like my insurance company was “steering” me in that direction, I would pick them again. I am 100% happy and my car drives and looks like it’s brand new!

I had a new bumper put on due to relatively low miles on my car. I had to pay out of pocket because I didn’t have collision insured on my car. They modified the estimate so only the main issue was addressed, which brought down the cost. I was able to use their out of pocket coupon for10% off. They did a beautiful job saving the back side panel so I did not have to purchase another one. My bumper looks brand new, and the interior detailing was a nice surprise. Excellent group to work with in the Lakeville location. Highly recommended!

Hopefully we will never have another accident. But if we do, and it needs body work, we will go here! Fantastic experience. Easy process and highly communicative. My only wish was that they told me ahead of time, early in the repair process, that they also offer full oil change services! My van needs one. And we are looking for a new shop for that. They gave us a $30 discount on this services so we will have to go back.

This is my 2nd time using Lamettrys. Both times my experience was very good. They were super quick in getting my repairs complete. Informing me via text along the way. When I picked up they knocked off 10% just because.After I returned home they informed me they actually over billed and asked how I would like the refund. They easily could have kept this oversight to them selves but instead informed me.Very honest and trustworthy I would definitely use them again!

These guys were great at aiding me in determining how much I would spent on fixing the car if I was was to buy it. They did a diagnosis of the car to see if there was anything wrong with it. They gave me their most honest opinion about the sale price and the cars overall condition. They help look at Kelly blue book to help compare owner sale price for me. Gave me quotes on what need to be fix and quotes on a set of new tires bc the car needed new tires. They are great at their customer service and their work! I highly def recommend this place! Awesome workers I had when I went in! I did wait a few hours but I did ask for quite a lot from these guys so the wait didnt bother me to get me everything I need in determining buying a used car.

Got my truck repaired after an accident. Looks and drives great. I would recommend their shop to my friends. I did have 1 small surprise. To get home after the acky, I used my spare tire. They replaced the bad wheel but just put my spare in my truck bed instead of back where it belongs. Minor thing but a surprise.

I could not be happier with LaMettrys repair work on my car. My 6 year-old Taurus looks new again! The guys really did amazing work. They went over and above the repair work, touching up stone chips on my hood and A-pillar that had nothing to do with my collision. I have already shared my experience with a neighbor and a coworker. I hope I wont need their services in the future, but if I do, I will gladly bring my car back to LaMettrys.

Lamettry’s did a fantastic job repairing my truck after a collision that I had with it. They did excellent work and it looks like new. More impressive is that they turned it around and got it fixed super quickly for me as I needed the truck to go on a road trip down to Texas to help my father who is in a nursing rehab facility recovering from covid. They knew of my tight timeline and went out of their way to get the job done right and on time. Erin was terrific to work with. She was excellent at handling the claim and coordinating the repairs. She worked very well with my insurance company and made the process seamless. Truth be told, this is my second time using Lamettry’s for repairs in the last year or so and I while I don’t want to have to use them again (because it would mean another accident), I’m glad to know that they’re there and that they are always available to do quality work and get me back on the road. One of our vehicles was vandalized and the rear passenger door window was smashed in. I called 3 other class companies, and no one could get me in until Monday. (This was Thursday morning.). After finding LaMattry’s on Angie’s list, I called them. Not only did they replace the window THE SAME DAY, they had it done 3 hours sooner than they told me they would. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!

Went to Lakeville location for my repair. There was a delay on the insurance end to confirm coverage. I was kept updating on the statis the whole time. But it was the end result that mattered most to me. The quality was perfect from the fit to the paint to the clear guard. The truck is a 2018 with low miles, and looks better now then prior to the accident. Highly recommend..

Needed to get hail damage fixed on a 2008 BMW called to get info on where to start. Todd pointed me in the right direction and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. The pdr person did a fantastic job and couldnt be happier with the results.

Brought my car here after I was sideswiped on the highway, as it was a preferred shop by the other persons insurance company. There were a few unexpected issues like a bent BSM bracket that set the completion date back, but the work was thorough and flawless. My completely crushed rear quarter panel was salvaged and repaired; with the perfect color match of my metallic grey car, its impossible to tell it has been damaged!
