Do not use. Great service when buying. Very poor customer service if there is a problem. Purchased next to best carpeting, I have carpet holes in under a month. And now multiple fibers are coming up everywhere when I vacuum. A sample was sent off but of course the manufacturer said its not a defect. Nance were supposed to call an appraiser out to look at the carpet but one never showed and all my calls to Nance go straight to voicemail with no call back and I am stuck with new carpet with holes in it.

DONT USE THEM!!! Did a horrible job on our home. Grout came up, tiles cracked, then they used the wrong color grout when replacing some of the problem tiles AND IT DOESNT MATCH!!! Made a huge mess during the repair job. Tile problems continue through the house to this day. Grout and tiles coming up and cracking everywhere.Our neighbors house was installed by them also and tiles kept popping off the floor. They had to replace the entire flooring after just a few years.Very reluctant to come back and address any of the problems. Then never fixed it properly.
