Terrible customer service. Their lack of due diligence and customer service resulted in their filing our taxes late on more than one occasion and IRS fines. They take no accountability and Ken prefers to hang up on me rather than discussing the issues that they created. I would never recommend them to anyone that needs a competent accountant

This is the first tax year using them for our business taxes. I found them unresponsive, haphazard and sloppy when dealing with my tax preparation. The 1099s were delivered more than 3 weeks late and then were incomplete. I tried to contact Mr. Siegel 3 times prior to end of year to make sure they had everything they needed to procede with tax preparation and finally on the 4th call after January 9th I was told we would be last in line despite my attempts to contact them sooner. I am very disappointed and would absolutely not recommended them to anyone. Not good customer service at all.

Mr. Siegel is accessible, takes time to answer questions, and is dependable. His firm provides excellent customer service.
