Great service, great staff

This has got to be the most unorganized tax service I have ever dealt with. They had my wifes business file for over a month and I finally called and asked what the status is and they hadnt even started! PLUS they missed the deadline to file an extension so now I will have fines and penalties from the IRS. They did offer to make it right but only after I complained. STAY AWAY!

Excellent service

2016 she messed up my taxes and missed something and a couple months later I received a letter telling me I had to pay a additional 1,400 dollars .I was pissed off but let them do my taxes again in 2017 and they did the same thing but my wife caught it before we mailed it and made them fix it but then they were late and we had to pay $390 fine ..this place is a joke and they have no idea what they are doing..
