The reviews are correct. Totally unprofessional. How does she make any money?

As soon as I mentioned pets. She quickly responded no thank you, and hung up the phone. So unprofessional.

Worst place to even try to do business with. Completely unprofessional! I tried calling in 5 times, a lady answered the phone said Im on the other line call me in 10 minutes then shed hang up the phone. Very frustrating Ill definitely be avoiding them like the plague from now on. Ill be spreading the word to friends and family.

Very unprofessional establishment. Gave them $45 for an application fee for one of their homes and was told we were the only ones that have an application for this particular home. Asked how long the application process takes was told anywhere between 24-48 hours waited a whole week and a half still hadnt heard from them. The lady in the office decides she doesnt want to come to work that entire week of us waiting. So we have to wait til Monday, the following week just to call the office. WE have to call them because they decide not to let us know anything the woman gives a BS excuse that they couldnt get ahold of our employers. They give the house to someone who supposedly had all the information but they most likely gave the house to one of their own race. Dont deal with them they are running a scam to take peoples money. Wish I could give ZERO STARS 👎👎👎

Dont bother applying, waste of time & money and poor customer service.
