Mike & Russ were fantastic! They were very professional and did a great job. Mike took the air filter out (I watched him) saw that it was clean and showed it to me. He told me it looked good and gave me the option to keep or replace. No pressure, not shady. Russ was attentive and helpful. He helped me reset my tire gauge.Great Job Guys!! (Honk honk)

I love treating my car to a little pampering at this place. They do a superb job of cleaning my car inside and out as if it were their own. Wonderful experience. I gave it a 4 because they dont take your car in the order that you pull in. Im not sure what their system is but others trucks are put in between cars so you have to be patient and wait until they put yours through the wash. 🤔

If I could do zero stars, I would. I have literally never written a review but feel as though I need to share and warn others. They advertise 5-10 minute oil changes and I have now been here for OVER 2 HOURS and still have not been taken care of. I came here thinking it would be faster than anywhere else due to their advertisements. I couldn’t get out of line because of how long it was, I was blocked in. Now I’m in the actual area to be serviced and they’re doing a car that was here after me in another lane. Little to no communication, irs actually insane. DON’T COME HERE unless you have hours to wait. I will never be back.

My first time experience was excellent. The tech was very friendly and very conscious of my needs.

Everyone was polite and professional. They normally do a good job. The issue I have this time is they spilled a good amount of oil on my engine without letting me know or cleaning it up. Ive been flagged down by people thinking my truck was on fire from the oil burning off. I wiped all the pools of oil up myself.

This Take 5 location is absolutely top notch. Every staff member is professional, courteous, and understanding. I was never pressured to add any services. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.Heres the kicker:They changed my oil and filter, and showed me all my fluid levels. Oil and washer fluid were topped off. As I was driving home after the service, I noticed my oil pressure light flash a couple times. Then it went away for about a mile until I got home. As I pulled into my parking space, the indicator went solid and I heard the tell-tale clanking sounds of low engine oil. I shut off the engine and immediately called the Take 5 shop to inform them. Michael personally drove out to me right away to fix the issue. Turns out, the filter was defective. He changed to a new, higher quality filter, and refilled the oil right in the parking lot of my apartment complex.I am blown away by how amazing the customer service is here. More than worth the extra couple dollars. Very highly recommended!

I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube but my price was always different for the same service. So I tried Take 5. I went to take 5 skeptical of what their prices were and their techs. I was welcomed by Michael and his team. Michael was very professional and walked me through in detail with my choices of oil and what they were doing with my vehicle. The last surprise through the whole oil change was the PRICE for such excellent service. I am now a Take 5 customer from now on. Do NOT go to this place. We got our oil changed here a couple weeks ago and the people there did not change the oil plug like they were supposed to which has caused my car to have an oil leak. When we went there the first time to get them to look at it the gentleman there said that he apologizes and said it was a mistake on their part. That was fine he was polite, but now it has been maybe 2 days since we went to get it looked at and we have less than half of the oil were supposed to have in the oil tank. I tried calling to speak to the manager and all he kept saying was we have a shortage of oil here. if you want to go to an auto supply store and buy the oil we will put it in for you.... So I am just supposed to pay $90 for a oil change and have to go buy my own oil to be put in a couple weeks later? I dont think so.

Got an oil change on 6/11 & lost my car on 7/06. apparently i have been driving my car without any oil in, went to purchase my own oil because it was empty & by then it was too late. 🥺 not sure who i was to speak to about the situation, so i thought i should post here to get seen.

We went in on a Sunday and it was hot out. The technicians did a GREAT job.

This was hands down the best oil changing service in my entire life. I had never been to take 5 before and they took care of me and my car. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I even got a free wash with my oil change! I was surprised that I could get such a fantastic service and so quickly! They have a new permanent customer as long as they keep it up!!!

They took too long that I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes. When your company said take 5 then should be less ten min to do next car. The price is totally too costly for my 🚙😑😑😑

I had no appointment, but the manager worked my Ford Focus in.I had been turned away, even at my dealer where I purchased my vehicle, because of low staff. My service engine soon light was on and because I was sick with covid in February, I didnt realize I needed an oil change. Listen!!! WHEN👏🏽I👏🏽TELL👏🏽YOU👏🏽 that this was THEE best oil change experience in my life... I mean that. This was my first visit but it will not be my last. I was prepared to be there at least 45min -60 min, only to realize Id be there 10 minutes, maybe less. I loved the fact that I didnt have to get out of my car because it was freezing this morning. The staff were SO professional, educated, and efficient. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They had wonderful energy, even in the cold. I appreciated how Jeff,Landon, and Michael explained everything before and after it was completed. They did not pressure me into getting extras and provided me on my options for the future. I enjoyed everything about this visit and I will be back.

A little short staffed so it was a bit slow, but all and all great job and vary courteous

The employees were great attitudes strong problem was my car was so low that as I was pulling off my exhaust system got hung up on the metal platform. Had to have a repaired not their fault just something I think they need to look into great job thank you ladies and gentlemen for your great service.

Went here last week. Very nice ppl. I had to wait maybe 20 minutes because two cars were ahead of me. No complaints for that, they were first. Going to the dealership takes nearly two hours. Once they got to me I was out in 10 minutes. Great prices. Full synthetic oil change was $62.99 and they always have coupons. So way cheaper than a dealership too, and most other places. Definitely going to be my place for oil changes from now on.

I took my car in for oil change and they broke the dipstick. Told me to bring new dipstick with me and they would fix it but they had no tools to do the job and now I have to pay someone else to fix the problem! I will not go back there!

Take 5 is where I always go to get an oil change because it is always very convenient and professional. This time around everyone was very nice and attentive but no one had masks or showed any signs of concern for the global pandemic. I would give 1 or 2 stars with any other business but this one has always been good in every other way.

Great service but the employees didnt recognize I had a oil leak after I asked and explained to them that my car isnt keeping oil. I took my car to another Take 5 and they immediately showed me the leak. To make sure, I got a 3rd opinion and they also seen the oil leak.

Does not keep their word manager send me coupon 10 minutes before service for $45 oil changer the ring me up for $95 when I show him the coupon he said it doesnt work smdh I wouldnt be goin back there plus they did set my tire air pressure 1st and last time goin there

They took longer than 5 because they where really busy. But I must say they are very thorough and very polite. The took excellent care of my wifes car and we didnt have to get out of are car which works during the pandemic. Just a side note they do give military discounts.

Mechanic Russ was very unprofessional when I came. He was talking about my car before even pulling me in. He refused to do the oil change because my motor was knocking even after me explaining I know I have small work to be done and shouldn’t effect me getting an oil change. Also he said he can’t do it because I have oil leak and told me to take my car to Tire Choice next door to have my oil change done. Russ also slammed my hood very hard which will result into damage to my hood. Russ did not have on a mask upon arrival. Will not be returning to this location !

Careless with your vehicles factory parts and management is dismissive and unconcerned.Ive been using this location for 3 years. Last spring I had the sound and splash gaurd under the engine area replaced by the dealership due to it being deformed and damaged. The very next time I had the oil changed at this location, they left screws out and incorrectly installed it, leaving it hanging down and susceptible to damage. When I took it back in for inspection, the manager (Joe) was very dismissive and unconcerned. He had to go back under twice to confirm the screws missing, basically accusing me of lying initially, then dismissing it as only a couple. Even if it was only one screw, its not his place to decide if they are important, those screws belong there for a reason, and its not his car to make that judgement. Additionally, after I had to insist, he went back under to reinstall it correctly, but instead of removing the remaining screws and installing it correctly, he bent it into place, which stresses the gaurd in that area and leads to fatigue and failure. He insisted this also didnt matter, despite the fact its not how it was designed to be installed. He said he would be referring it up to his general manager, but I have yet to hear back, which is why I took my car to Jiffy and will take our other two there also.Edit:Per owners reply, I attempted to call number provided. That ended in a automated reply to leave a message, which had an automated reply that the mailbox could not receive messages. Additionally, I have learned from the staff at the location that the manager Joe is no longer at this location, but that he did refer my issue to the area manager. So apparently not only was the location manager indifferent to the issue, the area manager is also. No doubt colored by Joes opinion that factory installed parts arent a big deal, and bending them into place is ok. Additionally, the Jiffy location informed me the fasteners that hold down the air cleaner cover are also damaged. No doubt having a sealed air filter intake on a turbo charged engine isnt important either at Take 5, as I was not informed of this issue by them during any of the previous visits over 3 years. Ill try the email, but so far Ive had no response to the 2 I have sent previously

There was a guy in training so Im guessing there were short handed because they only did one car at a time pulled into a bay i was the 3rd one in it took them 25 minutes to get to me then it was only 5 minutes to change the oil. Staff there was nice but should have provided information as to the time it would take to get to me.

Went in to get oul change have a 2020 Spark didnt know about oil % will inform of oil change. Drive Highway daily 2 young guys checked me in Landon and Joe they were very Professional and informed me about oil gauge, just learned something new today. Today was that dreaded day that all car owners face. It was time to get an oil change. I normally go to tire plus for an oil change but today I decided to go up the road and give this place a chance. I Pulled up and a man walks toward my car greeting me with a cold water in hand and a big smile telling me they’ll help out as soon as possible. When it was finally my turn Tony helped me out he was so polite and knowledgeable. He offered me a free service to check all my filters and fluid AND filled my tires with air again for free. He was honest! If I didn’t need it he told me and if I needed something he would explain to me why it would be good to get it changed or fixed. He had some assistance from his co workers to get everything done quickly and efficiently but in the mean while he made sure he was attentive and even threw away some trash I had for me. At the end of everything they made sure I was comfortable, satisfied and content. I must say I have never ever received such great service and I will come back for ALL of my future services! Thank you Tony for being so awesome and providing great service!

The take 5 is a fast and efficient way to get your oil changed. Russ, Elijah, and Mike are all very knowledgeable about the work they do and you can get in and out of the work-bay within 30 minutes.

I would definitely Not recommend this place. I knew from their commercials that it was not really going to be 5 mins. but I did expect 10 to 15 as advertised. I also thought that they were concewith safety during Covid (per commercial) Well, I was wrong on all counts. First of all after the car ahead of me pulled out and they waived me in it took 17 minutes for anyone to even come talk to me, not a mask in sight. 40 mins. and 64+ dollars after first pulling into the bay I was finally done! NOT worth the convenience of not having to make an appointment. Ill go back to Pep Boys where I can get the same oil change in 15 mins with a little pre planning.

I have been coming to Take 5 for a very long time, but this time was even more of a pleasant experiance than usual. I had Joe and Landon and they were awesome! They were very informative and we even got into convo about the integrity of the company. When you know the heart of a business, that can be deciding factor as to whether you will return or not. I, for one, am returning. I highly recommend because they will never push sales but they will always educate you! Great job!

Normally I would give this place 4 or 5 stars. I was disappointed today in my price. Normally they offer discounts and I get a good deal. Today my price was $20 more and that was with a $7 coupon I found. I have used this company for about a year now. I will be shopping around for a better deal.

I arrived at take five oil change waited outside the bay for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for my turn. When it was my turn I was brought into the bay and then left unattended once more for another 10 to 1520 minutes with no greetings or apologies I’ve left with an unsatisfactory feeling and no oil change

Very polite and sincere.Only disappointment was that this store does not stock the upgraded oil filter.My suggestion is to stock the top quality oil filter.The duramax diesel powered pickup truck is very expensive... cost about $72000. In conclusion, spending a extra few dollars for the best oil filter is a good investment in prolonging engine life.

Got an oil change.. Little over $100...drove my car less than 10 minutes on my way home my car turned off on kathleen.. I turned it back on and engine started making a loud noise.. Car was driving fine before I got the oil change.. I even turned it on and off in front of the employees a few times to move around the lot to my proper space in line.. Was fine, ran fine, sounded fine. It did need a oil change badly so I got it.. Worst mistake bringing it here.. Shouldve done it myself..I got it pulled home and now Im afraid to turn it on because it sound like damage is being done.. I called a few minutes after I got it home.. And got the response you would expect.. So Im basically screwed.. Thanks guys

I sat in the bay for 45 mins with my car being untouched for a oil change. No one came to me and said anything for the long wait. It seems like they have 3 bays but only 1 man underneath changing oil. Very unprofessional. I’ll take my business to jiffy lube up the street and just pay alittle more. I left with no oil change when I realized these guys are lazy and not doing their job.
