Because this was my first visit and the first oil change for my vehicle, my first question was cost. The gentleman said a blend would be $59.99. I showed him a coupon for $15.00 he said would honored. Upon completion, and after trying to sell me about $500.00 worth of services, another guy hands me a bill for $103.00. I said the guy I talked to when I got here quoted $59.99; he said cheapest blend price is $79.99. after expressing my displeasure with the smoke and mirrors game he reluctantly recalculated the bill. With coupon the total came to $48.00. The purpose of this review is simply to say to Jiffy lube, give more accurate info. Since I just got this pickup I didnt know its takes extra oil...but the guy quoting should. They should also tell you the quote (even though mine was incorrect) is baseline and additional cost may be a possibility and should be approved by the customer.Since they made it right I will give them another chance.

Easily the best oil change experience Ive had in a very long time. The employees were incredibly polite, even went so far as to open every door for me. The service was quick and I appreciated that the maintenance overview was informative rather than pressured. I would be happy to return to such professional and efficient service. The oil change was a bit more costly than I expected, but the service includes: fluid checks, tire pressure check, oil change, vacuum, window clean, free oil top off up to 2qts between services, maintenance overview, and a more convenient/faster service. Seems worth it considering the poor experiences Ive had with other competitors. Thank you, gentlemen!

They got us! Talked us into their tires which were completely over priced. And the oil change was overpriced too. I felt good when we left thinking the truck got good service. However, it was clear pretty quickly that nothing was any better.

This Jiffy Lube location was incompetent in their work and ran a scam on a part that I didnt need.Dont go here.I was driving my friends car when the warning light came on for a tail light that had gone out. I drove to Jiffy Lube and told them about it and also asked for an oil change as long as I was there. They pulled the car in and checked it while I sat in the lobby.They said they didnt see anything wrong. I asked if they knew why the light came on. They said No not really, sometimes that just happens, something gets bumped with the wiring. They said there was nothing to worry about.Then, they were going over the diagnostics for other parts of the car. I agreed to the oil change with full synthetic oil - and also brake oil at their recommendation.They then said the car needed a cabin filter because it didnt have one. They acted very surprised and concerned. I thought it was odd because my friend takes very good care of his car. But not having a filter at all seemed like something that should be fixed, so I said to go ahead and put in a filter.When I took the car back to my friend, he had me step on the brake pedal while he watched the tail lights. One of the lights was out. I didnt believe it, so he sat in the car and stepped on the brake pedal - and sure enough, a brake light was out. JIFFY LUBE HAD COMPLETELY MISSED THE TAIL LIGHT THAT WAS OUT.When I was going over the receipt and work that had been done, he said adding a cabin filter didnt make sense at all because he had replaced the filter himself two months ago. JIFFY LUBE SOLD/SCAMMED ME INTO A FILTER THAT THE CAR DID NOT NEED.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! My daughter and son in-law brought their car to the Florida Ave location in lakeland and they ruined it. Not only did your store ruin the car but now you are taking your sweet time in paying them for the damages. You have no idea the stress and inconvenience you have caused my family with your negligence. I will make sure it is known what your company has done to people that were only trying to be responsible young adults and take their only form of transportation for an oil change at your facility. They drained the differential fluid instead of the oil, then put more oil on top of the old oil. This is horrible that you can get away with something like this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I stopped because IThe dealer had a 2 week out appointment and I was over on my milage. But to pay almost $50 for a generic oil change. Is ludicrous . Poor planning on my part.

They were alright. Went in for an oil change. I just bought this car and just didnt wanna get under it so I told him I just want an oil change Im a female so he assumed I know nothing about cars and tried to up sell me a tune up at the rate of over $200 I laughed and laughed.. I must have offended him when I said I could go and do.all that myself for $100 or less cause he didnt even offer a 10% discount or ask if I had any coupons.. normally they can throw a code on there and save ya 10 bucks.. 🤣😂🤣but the oil change was good.Would like to add about a week later I started leaking coolant out of know where found a hose under the car with a clamp that was moved down a little bit.. idk how it happen but those clamps just do t move like that...

I can not complain about this place, it’s a one stop shop for work I can’t do on my own. They give me recommendations on maintenance and they are very professional and nice.

Was hopeful for great service when I called initially. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and professional. However, when I arrived, I inquired about an oil change with an employee named Maurice, who was rude right from the start. I could tell he was busy, but he acted as if I was his biggest inconvenience. After I mentioned my Groupon, he rudely pointed out the fine print which said you have to wait 24 hrs after purchasing.. fine no arguments on the policy of the Groupon. But, he simply said yep, there. 24 hours. He started walking away, and yelled : see you tomorrow. Well, no. That location wont be seeing me. Ill go to the one on the other side of town now. I they tried to rip me off I needed a tire patched its a fairly new tire they said the tire was no good and I would have to buy a new one. I told them I didnt want a new tire I wanted it patched and a oil change. They said that would be 140 dollars. Goodyear and they did it for 54 dolkars

I had leaking oil under my vehicle and a bad squeak. They replaced my oil pan gaskets and also my serpentine belt along with the oil change in less than an hour!

A little longer than expected, but nothing crazy. They did a fine job.

Very efficient and quick garage service. Frankie will give you an honest and well priced estimate. Oil changes are about 15 minutes, wheel alignment, rotation, and balance about 20 min. They do other jobs such belt changes, brakes, tune ups etc.

What can you say? An oil change is an oil change. Nothing spectacular to say about Jiffy Lube. They used to vacuum the car, but no more. Also, some of the employees seemed knowledgeable and others obviously clueless.

The price that I was quoted, as a walk in customer was outrageously expensive. With 4 employees standing around, doing nothing, a simple oil change was quoted as over 40 dollars. Let them stand around and cost someone else, I chose to go somewhere else. Customer SERVICE has to be a cornerstone of a business. Not so here.

I went for an oil change price I thought a little pricey but there was a link on line to get coupon for $15 off making final cost average in comparison of other service providers. The service was Superior to others. Efficient, checked off my levels on other fluids, air in tires, filters and even cleaned windows on outside all around the car. Employees do try to upsale but not pushy. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube for your auto concerns.

A little on the pricey side... about $45 for a conventional oil change. They do check other things for your car too. BUT, that being said, the guys here were super friendly and got the job done in 15-20 minutes. I wanted quick and got quick. They had a nice waiting room. They didn’t try to cheat me with something “extra” needing done. No complaints here.

They do not know how to check transmission fluid on a standard transmission truck. Thry have no clue. They dont do what they say they do. They give you list of things they say they check. They do notI have no trust in this company

Amazing service. These guys are awesome here. Had my oil changed injectors cleaned radiator flushed and brakes flushed and they are professionals they handled it quickly (except for my stripped oil pan bolt) and efficiently. The shop is impeccable you can eat off the floor. The guys that work there are super cool and polite too they had no problem with me coming in close to closing and asking for so much. I will definitly be back for more services!

The staff at Jiffy Lube is professional and friendly. On one occasion I had to return because I had an oil leak. I was told my plastic plug was faulty, and it would be $12 to replace. I relented, but I kind of thought it was their fault because the leak started after the oil change. To make matters worse I already had a weird problem in that my dipstick was stuck, so you couldnt check the oil level. When I went to pay he told me that they replaced all of the oil since they couldnt tell how much oil to add. They did this for free! I really appreciated that. They exceeded my expectation.

I took my car in on Saturday to get my oil changed. I noticed oil leaking from my car,I checked the oil and it didnt show on the dip stick. I had to get some one t take me to buy oil.I put four quarts in and took it back to Jiffy Lube. I was told I over filled it,they did change the oil again and said it was a defective filter. I was thankful I noticed it before the engine was ruined.

I walk in, the lady was at the office and she looked like just woke up. Back there at the empty shop three guys sitting down because like I said before no cars o costumers at the time, two of them smoking and basically just chilling. I requested a tire service and the lady answer was: well I dont know,.......see, well wow.......tires you said? I dont know...........let me ask the mechanic if he wants to do it. Ill be back.I wait like 5 minutes meanwhile she was at the phone watching the mechanic finishing his cigarette. She never came back so I walked out they saw me didnt say nothing and let me go. I went to the tire shop across the street got the job done in one hour. When I left I watched Jiffy Lube still empty and I think, not sure she was still at the phone and the mechanic still smoking his cigarette.Thats my Jiffy Lube story of the day.

Ive been here three times now. The service here is fantastic. I mean really going out of the way to keep you as a customer. All the times ive been here the manager greeted opened the door going in and out just trying to go above and beyond. Highly recommended and will return.

Took my car here to get the battery check they told me I needed a battery . A battery I bought from them just over 2 years ago and its out of warranty by 2 months and wouldnt take care of me. Mind you there is literally no one there.No problem Ill just never go to that place again or have my wife or friends good to that place .You lost a life time customer over 56 dollars let that sink in, while you think about how much money I would have spent there.

100$ for a full synthetic oil chance is highway robbery. I will NEVER return to jiffy lube or advise anyone I know to go there. I’ve never paid more than 60$ for a full synthetic oil change. RidiculousI’m not sure how to respond to your comment so I’m editing my post,When we walked in we were originally told it would be 60$ for the oil change and my boyfriend had stated it was full synthetic would that change anything and we were told no it will not we Weill take care of you. Then it came to 83 and some change with our 25$ coupon. I just think it was very wrong to be told 60$ and then charge more when we should have been told in the first place. So therefore if we are not comped we will not return.

Had new rear tires installed then alignment. Great with flush mount drive on lift since my car is low and they had no problem with Michelin from factory removal . In and out in no time.

You can find a cheaper place to get your oil change. This place is over priced and quality of work is pathetic. I had to re-install my glove box because they left parts detached when checking my cabin filter. FYI, cabin filter at auto parts store $14, cabin filter at Jiffy Lube $40. Buyer beware!
