Been coming here for about 5 years. I find everyone to be helpful, professional, and polite. Dr Goyal does sometimes seem a bit rushed but that’s typical for doctors.

Dr Aarti Patel met with my son and I today. She was very caring and took a lot of time to talk to my son and I about his ADHD. He is 17 and she spoke to him with much respect and concern. She took the time to explain in detail about his medication. She also took time to speak with my son individually to better understand him and his issues. I have a good feeling she will get him on the right meds. Thank you Dr Patel.

Ive received good help there for most of the years Ive been going. When I didnt, it was probably my ability to communicate what I needed help with. Ive been going for 8 or so years. Have seen different staff and doctors. The doctor I see now is very smart. They all go out of their way to try and help you. You have to do the work.

I was impressed with the efficiency and level of service. Also I was amazed that they actually called me in for the appointment within 2 minutes of the actual appointment time. Now, that is downright scary not to have to wait at least a half hour after appointment time. I would recommend this facility.

Very knowledgeable and caring Therapists. Wide range of therapy equipment allowing for many types of needs. Hydrotherapy pool is pretty amazing and Jorge the therapist is definitely one of the very best Physical Therapists Ive ever worked with.

Excellent therapy. Highest praise for Laurie and Jorge. Very modern facility. Numerous sessions in pool. Time goes fast. Not drudgery as at another place. Pleasant venue. Excellent locker room. One on one attention, not a timeshare.

Not a bad experience with the Doctor. However, some of the staff is very rude and borderline disrespectful. If you like to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, this may not be the best place for you.

Most unprofessional Doctors office I have ever seen! I am a disabled veteran who recently moved to the area and both my wife and I set up appointments to be seen to receive the help we need. My wife told them both of us would need to be seen as soon as possible and so they gave us dates for our appointments.After waiting 6+ weeks my wife goes to her appointment and at the end of her appointment they call me to the window to let me know they have to reschedule my appointment in two days time for a much later day because it was a conflict of interest that we were scheduled for the same doctor. I asked if its a conflict of interest to be seen by the same doctor then why did you schedule the appointments in the first place and just tell me now after waiting 6+ weeks that it has to be changed?. The clerk behind the window stuttered and paused then answered because the doctor just told me that.After telling them I will seek help elsewhere the clerk laughed in my face and closed the counter window! How unprofessional is that!? How does the scheduling department or any of the receptionists not know about the conflict of interest?.At the end of this review, you may take it for what it is or ignore someone elses advice but if your looking for a proper and professional place to seek psychiatric help then this is NOT the place to go. Now I must wait another month or so to be seen for the help I need elsewhere after having a receptionist laugh in my face. Very unprofessional!

I called ahead because after years of using alcohol my best friend wanted help. I was totally told one thing and than something else totally took place. Upon trying to get answers I havent gotten any return calls. After being told he would have help for thirty days. They will be releasing him in 3 days. Thats just detox not Rehabilitation. Now after weeks of research we are back to finding a rehab for him.😣😣😣😣

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took over an hour to get my mother discharged after being told she was ready to be picked up. Unhelpful and uncaring staff. Explained several times that I was on my lunch break. Extremely dissatisfied by the lack of care in this department.

Itd be nice if they actually answered the phone once in a while. Jorge who runs the pool therapy is awesome, just wish everyone else there had such a good attitude.

I made an appointment and had to schedule it 3 Months out because that was the only avible appointment. I went in for the appointment and I was 5 minutes late because the location of the office is in a center state bank (which they dont mention) and I couldnt find it. They canceled my appointment and said they didnt have another appointment open for 4 months. Im very disappointed in how this was handled but glad I am not using this doctor since they are to busy. I shouldve known when they said I had to wait 3 months for an appointment.

My wife has been in bannasch for a little over a week. Everything has been fantastic.

I called as I am in need of prescriptions that I am almost out of. A recording told me to have my pharmacy fax them the prescriptions. Really? I need a #$@? Doctor to give my prescriptions to get them refilled. If I had a prescription at the pharmacy I wouldve thought already had it refilled. Waste of time to appeal to this bunch for help.

That they are good and they are very patient with you

I would not recommended this place to know one with the new doctor they have,,,,,,.....very uncomfortable with that doctor I report him to my insurance, and police.
