He is a great doctor and he helped me tremendously believe better things. Rarely will anyone have a better doctor than that.

Dr. Helm helped me recover from a very severe bought of depression. Ive always been prone to depression but this was really bad and lasted about 18 months before I gave up on stoicism and headed to a doctor. Looking back, at that point he had his work cut out for him. Without Dr. Helm Im unsure I would have recovered. I no longer have to see doctor Helm and I havent in a long time. I am proof that you can recover from depression if youre properly treated. Dr. Helm is intelligent, caring and compassionate. He is also smart enough to know if youre bullshitting him, which was important for me. His practice is the most private and comfortable setting that you will find anywhere. I highly recommend Dr. Helm.
