I could not be happier with the services that my daughter has received. All the staff is so wonderful and caring. We finally have a place where I feel like we belong. Our daughter Molly has been with ABLE for a little over two years. During that time, we have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful therapists. I have been calling for three weeks. I was told to get ahold of Katie Bailey so we could swap services over. I have gotten no call back, no reply, and my children have received no services from these people. It seems like they dont care as their voice mail message changed from well call you back within 48 hours to when we can. I have left several messages for them all with my name and number, and sent an email. All to no avail.

They recieved my childs referrals 3 weeks ago Ive called every other day and emailed i get an answering machine that says well return your call within 24 to 48 hours or email us but i never got a call even after threatening to file complaints still no response. They plainly ignore patients for going on 4 weeks no thanks i dont want my child in unprofessional non caring hands but i will be filing those complaints now. So rude dont waste your time with these morons they absolutely dont care.

2 years Ive been trying to get my son seen by them. Several in person visits, numerous phone calls with no call back. Im very disappointed in the unprofessional response Ive gotten from them.
