The office was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly and very helpful.. Very attentive...even gave me bottle of water. Kelly, hearing aid specialist, was so kind and really explained to me what was going on with my hearing after she completed hearing test on me. She made some recommendations that I hope will result in my being able to hear again on my left side. Not sure yet but will pursue recommendations she made. I would definitely recommend Beltone Hearing Aid Center for all your hearing and hearing aid concerns. Theyre awesome.

I was able to make an appointment for my initial hearing test within a very reasonable amount of time. The hearing test is absolutely 100% free of charge. I met with Kelly without having to wait. I was fitted for left ear as my right is ok. I was concerned because I thought this would throw my hearing balance off. On my way home with aid in place, I felt great. For the first time in many years I was able to hear the radio on both ears. I was thrilled and remain so as I feel very balanced now. I love my new heating aid. It feels great to be able to hear in a balanced manner. I wish I had done this years ago. I will recommend this to a friend who has heating problems.

Thank you so much to Kelly and Stacey for all the help! They were able to set me and some of my law enforcement colleagues up with molded ear pieces that are custom to our ear canals. Most ear pieces hurt after a few hours, but these are amazing and work perfectly. Any law enforcement officers should definitely hit these ladies up!

I consider myself very fortunate to be a loyal client at Beltone for the past 3.5 years. I had a less than perfect first experience at another hearing aid center back in the middle of 2016. I was very frustrated by the time I was referred by my insurance company to Kelly at Beltone. Kelly did a thorough hearing test, asked me a lot of questions regarding my work life, home life, and my hearing concerns. She then made a recommendation as to what type of hearing aids would be best for me. She gave me time to try the new hearing aids out, followed up with me weekly and made all necessary adjustments during the trial period, and made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied before she completed the sale. She always goes above and beyond each and every visit. She is professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, very customer service oriented...just a fantastic person! We just completed the process of getting my second set of hearing aids...which are amazing and rechargeable. I got the chance to meet Kelly’s Mom on my last visit...she is terrific and super knowledgeable as well! I recommend Beltone to everyone...there is no better hearing aid center anywhere. First off, I’d like to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Very understanding and helpful given the circumstances I was there for. I was having an in depth conversation with my friend Cory and he was telling about his recent ostrich belt he had just purchased. Using the directions he gave led me to this amazing place. After talking with the staff, I quickly learned this was not a western leather store for belts but a business providing optimal hearing services. Turns out I’m partially deaf in my left ear and needed hearing aids. Due to my lack of hearing, I misheard genuine ostrich leather belt for Beltone. And turns out, Cory was not talking about belts. He was talking about how ostrich’s are modern day dinosaurs and when he was 8 he was kicked by one and he now gets his custom molded hearing aids from Beltone Hearing Aid Center. Thanks to the outstanding staff, mishearing is a thing of the past. 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone having hearing issues.

Kelly was great. Very friendly and helpful. The receptionist though was rude. It was very off putting. Informed me they did me a “favor” by shipping out the hearing aid. Due to COVID we could not go to where they were bought almost 2 hours away. I went Here for the amazing reviews but I wont Be returning unless it’s a very very last resort.

As picky as I am I never expected this transition to be so easy. IN MY OPINION KELLY HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN MY EXPERIENCE. I am totally blind and am currently working with my second pair of hearing aids. As my hearing is very important to me I needed an audiologist who could work with me to get the best hearing for me both indoor and while outdoors listening for traffic and other sounds needed for successful orientation and mobility. I found that willingness and caring to tweak the aids until they worked for my needs in Kelly. She is a total professional and works for the best results. Her supporting staff is very professional also, and appointments can be had quite quickly. I moved to Polk County FL in 1989. Ive had my share of Audiologist in this town. I had no other place to try after all the hurt and disappointments from other Audiologist. One day I was searching the internet and found Beltone. I decided to try Beltone at 202 W Highland Dr.. When I found Kelly and Stacy 3 years ago, there was hope after all. Words cannot explain the love, the trust and the comfort they have shown each time I enter this office. They are caring and thats what Ive been looking for.
